I am so grateful to the hotel staff for taking so much care of me during this stay. I’m deeply impressed with the customised breakfast which was provided to me due to my diet needs (salmon and arugula), it was truly splendid. The service was impeccable. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. 

Also I would like to highlight that the hotel has provided to me my favourite room and has done it nevertheless on the booking website the hotel was fully booked at the time I made a reservation. I highly appreciate that.

Their attention to details and exceptional care of each and every customer is outstanding. I’m definitely going to stay at this hotel again once I come to El Gouna next time. And by the way, it was already my 6th stay there. A love this place so much!

Loved my stay at Cooks Club. Amazing atmosphere and super service minded staff. Food was amazing and rooms great and very clean and comfortable. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will be back next year for sure. We also went on a snorkeling tour from the hotel. It was great.
