Great accommodation, amazing staff, good food. This place is beautiful and fun. Everyone was super nice and i had an amazing time there. Shout out to Malik and Thomas from the animation team❣Every night theres a program outside, super fun.

Amazing

Everything was great, kind employees and animation team, beautiful apartments and excellent food. I would also like to give a shoutout to the animators Thomas and Malik. They are very nice and it's fun to spend time with them. I would definitely like to come back sometime.

First I would like to give a massive shout out to the AMAZING ANIMATION/ENTERTAINMENT TEAM !! You guys are just amazing! The team is real credit to the hotel! Your positivity, energy bring so much fun and the fact you ALL went above and beyond to make sure everybody was having a good time. In a world where there is so much depression, sadness and negativity the energy and kindness you all showed is  empowering and incredibly genuine and kind hearted. You’re all such  a beautiful bunch of human beings with nothing but pure, genuine kind hearts who just want everybody to have a great time! 

The hotel itself overall is lovely! The grounds and gardens are just beautiful . The swimming pools and beach area are nice well presented and clean. 

My view from the room was stunning!   The food on some nights was hit and miss but overall for the most part was really nice. 

The only negative things was that upon arrival the room I had hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest however this was quickly resolved for the most part. I also felt that some of the furnishings in the room made it appear abit dated but that is just personal taste.

Despite the cleanliness issue with the room I would still recommend this hotel and would return because I think this was just a rare small oversight that wouldn’t normally happen and was quickly resolved.

The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and the staff were very attentive and the animation team carried the hotel they were the life and soul of the hotel. They were just amazing!

First time visit to this amazing resort, stunning hotel, magnificent gardens, the food, restaurants, pools,  and staff were all first class, special mention to Mahmood and Ahmed in the Sunset Bar, who made our evenings so enjoyable.  The beach bar grill with there evening barbecue was brilliant. 
This hotel I would certainly recommend.  Thank you to everyone who made our first trip to Egypt amazing.  Wendy and Gary Ellis

West Bay superb balcony  looked over tucana resort can't fault this hirel brilliant  I've been many times over the years next Yr I've booked a 2 bedroom  villa  I would like to know what you get with villa thank you fa staff for being very kind all in all I recommend  this fabulous  hotel
