Gamal is very friendly and took his time
To talk to us whilst making a great job of cleaning our glasses. The hotel is so clean you see the staff team working constantly and can’t do enough for you. If I could change anything I would like a cushions on my sunbed thanks I definitely would return

The lobby barman makes best cocktails hotel and staff were brilliant the whole time we stayed there rooms are airy only down side was snacks not a lot of choice and crisps in shop were expensive entertainment  was poor next hotel had brilliant shows

Good time

The hotels service is absolutely 5 star. The staff work so hard to give you a true 5 star experience. Our room cleaner Mohamed was a star! The hotel is kept beautifully and all staff are warm and friendly. I did unfortunately have to visit the doctor on site and the care I received was outstanding!!! The food at the hotel was always great and varied. Everything was fantastic and the staff are who deserve all the praise! The Easter eggs in the room were also a really sweet little touch. Thank you!!

Amazing 5 star service and hotel

I stayed at Makadi Oasis with my partner from the 12-27 April 2025. We arrived after the restaurant has shut but the hotel keep the restaurant open for late arrivals.

ROOM
Our room was in block 2000. It was on the lower floor with direct access out to the pool, with a terrace area and seating . The room was large and clean. All the usual amenities. Water is replaced free everyday and we liked that the water is in glass recycled  bottles, but be careful of the extras in the fridge and room as they are chargeable. Bedding and towels are replaced everyday. Air con works great. The safe is free and there are plenty of coat hangers. We did feel that some drawers would have been better and the room is very dark so we often had to have the lights on.

POOLS
There are 2 main pools . The larger one is where the activities take place and is close to the snack bar. Great waiter service around the pool. Drinks were good. The smaller pool is more family friendly. Pool towels are replaced everyday, a member of staff comes and swaps them over after 6.30pm in your room.

GROUNDS
The grounds are stunning. Beautiful flowers and plants with the staff constantly working to ensure they remain at their best.

BEACH
The beach is a short 5 minute walk away through the hotel, over the road and down a short covered walkway. The hotel has its own private stretch of beach and you can get food and drink down there too. There is a great walkway/promenade that you can walk along past all of the beach front hotels.

STAFF
All of the staff are great, friendly and polite. The entertainment team seemed good, although we didn't participate in any of it.

FOOD
The main restaurant is large but in the experience during our evening meal was often chaotic. The area that the food is served in, is just too small and often caused bottlenecks. We went to the other smaller restaurant (Club Restaurant) for our breakfast and evening meal. This was much calmer and quieter. The food is excellent with a vast choice at every meal.

This is an amazing hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff was smiling and kind to us and our children. From check-in to check-out, we went through a very professionally organized process, we really had nothing else to do but enjoy our family vacation. A couple of examples: 1. When checking in, we didn't have to queue at the counter, they sat us down in the lobby, offered us a welcome drink and we had to fill out the paperwork in a comfortable armchair. After we finished, a member of the staff took the check-in paperwork and then returned with the room cards. By the time we got to our rooms, our luggage was already waiting for us. 2. The catering (food, drinks) was very well planned, the hotel has several restaurants in the central building, there is a snack bar and a cocktail bar by each pool, the hotel has its own beach area, where there is also a snack bar and a drinks counter, and the consumption in the aqua park belonging to the hotel was all-inclusive.
