The Hotel has offers variaety of international and local dishes. There are different restaurants, we're you can book a table for dinner. The hotel also has bars, loungers, we're guests can enjoy drinks, and snacks between the main food intake. There are lots of еntertainment for children, including children room, pool, aqua. The animation team very friendly, and do their best to entertain guests. There is good beach with comfortable beck chairs. The sea is very clean, and has сoral, we're you can enjoy snorkeling and fish watching. The territory is very green and beautiful.

Rest at the hotel in February

This was our first visit to Hurghada and to the Sunrise Royal Makadi and it did not disappoint! The staff were very attentive and ensured we were well looked after from Mahmoud who served our drinks on the beach, Ahmed in the main restaurant, Ahmed in the Victoria Pub and Husein who cleaned our room. Your staff worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was comfortable and home from home, the grounds were immaculate and stunning. Another positive for us was the fact there were plenty of sun loungers for guests, the animation team worked hard to cater for all ages and abilities with lots of different activities throughout the day. Lastly we would like to thank Lily from the Animation Team she was friendly, informative and gave us valuable information about the resort that was not mentioned at the TUI Welcome meeting. The only negative are your rooms are a little bit dated and could do with being upgraded having said that we are looking to return later in the year.

A Great Holiday

We stayed at the Sunrise Royal Makadi for 2 weeks at end of Feb/Mar. I can't recommend this hotel enough. ALL the staff are so friendly,  even the gardeners and toilet attendants. The food was excellent, we had a la carte most evenings. The hotel rooms, bars and restraunts were very clean. Got to give a big shout out to the entertainment team, especially Lilly, she was so helpful and friendly when we needed any information. She came chatting to us regularly, checking all was ok. I can't think of anything l can mark this hotel down on. So we will definitely be back sometime soon. The perfect holiday

Excellent hotel, lovely friendly staff and top marks for good food and  cleanliness

I met so many wonderful people out in Egypt! Everybody in the resort made me feel so much at home despite going there for the first time!! I met Boudy who was working in the night club and I see that kind of person as a friend for life! What an absolute gentleman! I had the night club to myself for the last two hours and he happily stayed there accepting all of my requests until the end! I didn’t tell him this but I see music as a source of therapy and  that night I will remember forever!! 

And the lovely Bara…. I have never met anyone else besides myself who just casually walks around with a huge smile!! 😌 to me, it’s a nice reminder that when you walk by strangers, a nice smile can stop their positive thoughts! And even if it’s only for a moment, sometimes that moment can snap you out of your misery and Bara really made sure everyone was having a good time! Please don’t tell her this but I was feeling jealous when she was being so nice to everyone else, I thought I was special 😭😭 but no seriously, she made everyone smile or laugh whenever she spoked to them and if you can’t find people to work that are just like her then please do not ever let her go!!

3… 2… OMAR NUMBER 1!!! Hands down the best lifeguard I’ve ever met! I didn’t nearly drown or anything but I had a bit of personal drama, but luckily Omar was there because all my worries went anyway! Such a decent man to talk to any whenever I went over to the slides, I made sure I spotted him first because it was honestly like (you might not get this reference but if anyone reading this had seen ALL of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, remember when 5 seasons in, all of a sudden she has a sister!?!?!?) well I went to Egypt and all of a sudden I had a best friend!!   

So much love to  Egypt and everyone out there working so hard  to make sure everyone has a lovely time 🥰

Seriously, it was a very happy trip and we had a lot of fun. Everything in the hotel was good, the staff were very nice, the rooms were very good, and the intercom was very wonderful. We really had a great time with everything. It was a beautiful trip.🥰🥰
