From the moment we arrived, the reception team especially Islam and Ahmed were incredibly helpful. Anytime we needed anything, they were quick to assist, resolving any issues straight away. Their warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for my son’s and my stay.

The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely welcoming, which made a huge difference in our experience.

The entertainment team was top-tier! Yaya is amazing at what he does some of his acts had me on the edge of my seat. Seriously, the guy is fearless and definitely deserves a raise. Micheal was also super helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, and Cinzia went out of her way to make sure both my son and I had a fantastic time at Aqua Mondo.

A special shoutout to Nader, an incredible manager who ensures everything runs smoothly ; His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made sure all our needs were met, giving me peace of mind, especially when it came to my son’s comfort and enjoyment.

The all-inclusive package was by far the best I’ve experienced. The variety of food and drink options available throughout the day was impressive, ensuring there was always something to enjoy.

The hotel was generally clean, and housekeeping maintained fresh linen and towels daily.

The only downside I experienced was the poor WiFi. There was little to no connection in the room or most areas of the hotel, with the only reliable spots being the restaurant and reception. This made it difficult for me to work on my laptop, as I would have preferred to do so in the comfort of my room; Despite that, everything else was fantastic, and I’d definitely visit again!

Its  a such good resort i love this place really have everything i need in my vacation and i I am very proud of all the services in the resort from food to drinks and the rooms are excellent and there is a lot of entertainment because they have a very strong entertainment team. Thank you all❤️

I came here with family. I liked it. It is really big. It is clean and the food is really good. Staff are friendly and they help you with everything. Animators were really friendly and funny. I liked my expiration here. It is different culture from europe but really kind people. The hotel is really good. the pool and beach are clean.
