This hotel complex is made up of 2 Hotels, this review is for the Sentido. 
As a Sentido patron you are able to use all the facilities throughout the complex including those of the Oasis Reef Hotel. 
Whilst the rooms are showing some signs of dating and wear and tear they are clean and well stocked with free toiletries, robes, safe and fridge. 
This is our third time at this complex, 1st time at the Sentido, and as we found before the staff are amazing, they cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble, from the life guards, to the bar staff to the restaurant staff.
Food is standard buffet style, there is always something to find to eat. 
There are also 5 al la carte restaurants, most are free to use, just need to book, Italian cannot fault the staff, service or food, have the tenderloin! The Indian is located at the very front great views, service and food, again cannot fault.
The complex has over 10 pools and most were not crowded when we were there, on occasions we had a whole pool and bar to ourselves. 
The beach area gets busy there is a separate area for Sentido guests but this can get very crowded. The reef and fish here are amazing, well worth coming for, either enter from the pontoon, or via the easy to enter beach. 
It was amazing that staff still remembered us and welcomed us back like family from our last visit 6 months ago. 
Thanks to Gillian who made our stay a little extra special. 
Met two other couples who were here for the first time and had been impressed by the hotel also, couple from Blackburn and a couple from Brentford, both stated would look at returning... would I? certainly yes.

Come for the Reef, stay for the service.

Very good service from Muhammad Mehmood room 2208. Master class service and amazing brother. Amazing food and quality. Rooms very cleaned and good clean rooms. Very proud will use again. Stayed here for 1 week with good pools and beach very good

Very good service

It is not my first time in Sentido. I always spend my vacation in this resort with my family, but this time it was a bad experience. They pay a lot of attention to Italian tourists in everything. They reserve tables in the outside part of the restaurant. The drinks come quickly. I see this clearly. There is a person wearing a white shirt named Mohammed. He is the one who does this. When I speak to him in Russian, he does not understand me and ignores me. On the contrary, we went to the Italian restaurant of Sentido and we received a wonderful reception because they know us I love this resort so much.
I remember a guy named Asaad wearing a white shirt. He was a great guy.
Unfortunately, I won't be going to this resort again.

Beautiful resort. Excellant food. Lovely reef with amazing fish and snorkelling. Very clean lovely rooms. Shuttle service to beach. Waterpark was good fun. I would highly recomend this resort. Sentido side is better then reef oasis side. It just has that bit more of a luxury feel to it.

We stayed with our two kids for 2 weeks at this hotel in April.

The hotel is hughe, if you book at Sentido Oasis, you can also use the Reef Oasis Hotel. So there are so many pools to chose from. We always had loooots of chairs available at the pool. Lots of times we even had some pools for ourselves.
The beach was quite crowded but in the afternoon we still always found some chairs.

There are so many different restaurants to choose from. The indian was very nice, we went twice and ordered all kind of vegetarian options. They were great. The buffets are really nice too. 

Snorkeling is nice. We saw a barracuda, lots of different fishes and a ray.   

I really like that the life gards take it very serious that people don't stand on the corals. Unfortunately it still happened every day. PLEASE DON'T STAND ON THE CORALS! Maybe the hotel can educate the tourists more at check in for example. Otherwise there is soon no reef anymore.

The gardens are kept so nice! 

There is a shuttle to the beach if you don't want to walk.

The waterpark is great for the kids and they also have a very nice grass football field, tennis etc.

The best part about the hotel is the staff. They are all soooo wonderful and nice. Don't forget to tip them, not with Euro coins as they can't change it at the local banks.

Gergs Buffet Restaurant - always quick to get a table for us and bringing the drinks. He always knwe what we wanted.
