Feedback

This hotel is outstanding, the staff can not do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Always go the extra mile!! From pool life guard to duty manager. I'm sat writing this review from my comfy sunbed in the adult only pool.We are stopping in room 1114, which has the sun in the morning.  I need to mention a few of the staff by name who have gone above and beyond any expectation. So on arrival the check-in was very smooth. My room had been upgraded, an added bonus!! The help from guest relations, Farida helping me to book the al la carte restaurants, she is amazing. 
Breakfast in the main buffet is busy, but the chef on the omelette station would always do my omelette well done! Being a chef myself, he knew what I wanted. Then I need to mention Ali, the waiter. Wow, he is very special. He knew our drinks order for breakfast and lunch after the first day. That's a good waiter in my eyes. 
Lobby inside, I have to mention Ahmed he asked what type of drink we wanted and never forgotten all week. Always had a smile nothing is ever trouble. Then the outside lobby Hazam he asked my husbands name, and also mine and mother in laws, he addressed us by our first names and brought drinks over before the glass was empty he is worth his weight in gold. 
Pool bar Mahoud he is a very special person. If there is an award for getting to know your customer, then it would be rewarded to him
Duty manager Mr Mohammed went out of way, to make sure we had enough hangers in the room. 
All the drinks are branded, not local. No horrible post mix drinks. Everything is bottled or canned. The spirits are imported so Smirnoff, Schweppes Coca-Cola etc. 
The al la carte restaurants. I've only done the Italian very good, the flame garden bbq very good and the Brazilian is outstanding 👌.  
I love the fact there are fridges full of cans and bottles over both the complexes.

Golf cart number 11 not sure his name, but very polite all the time.                  
The beach is a small cove with famous GREEN DOOR if you know you know!!
Would I recommend this hotel yes 100%!! 

There are some very rude guests towards the staff I witnessed. They were also rude to other guests I don't need to mention the nationality as they know they do it purposely.

Immaculate hotel walking distance from Naama Bay. Grounds pristine and lovely to walk around. Air con good and bed and room comfortable. Would recommend to anybody. The only bad points were the spa and gym, the gym had two treadmills ( one with a slipping belt) and was small without air con.
We booked the spa, but on arrival it had no lockers which worked to leave our belongings. The doors were either missing or broken, it wasn’t a relaxing spa experience at all and let the hotel down.  
Something which may put some people off is that the hotel is on two sides of a main road. All in all I would recommend.

Great stay, immaculate!

Visited the 19th of February to the 26th of February 2025. English guests a honest review as this hotel is part of the Accor group. 
Good points 
The life guard Aswad not sure if I have spelt his name correctly by block 5000 the adults section an absolute pleasure . We even left all our toilettes with him when we left . 
Sun beds spot on so comfy . 
Ice cream all over resort lovely . 
Husband enjoyed snorkelling at the beach sun beds just metal uncomfortable.
Pool adults side warm.
Public toilets spotless. 

Negative points 
Cleaner in the room does the  bare minimum. This is the only hotel I haven’t tipped a housekeeper in coming to Egypt 25plus times .
Food often cold 
Went to the beach asked for butter to make a sandwich no.
Asked for a carton of milk  to make tea in our room big debate 15 minutes later no only a glass of milk is available. 
Went to main buffet over the road asked for spaghetti bolognaise asked for cheese  as she finished cooking a straight NO . Sat down a restaurant manager asked if I would like anything i said some cheese  please within minutes he came over  I received a bowl full of Parmesan ???
Couple of days later main restaurant spaghetti bolognaise NO only sauce orange or cream no mince . Then no mushrooms??. 
In the main No staff interaction with many but a few were lovely . 
Service slow  or just ignored we just went to the bar ourselves then other staff would ask you to sit down and they would bring drinks While  other staff are on there phones or chatting . 
This hotel I feel really need to train staff in hospitality. A lady around our reception was trying to do it once she left it was like they were laughing behind her back . 
Tip Wise we brought nearly all our money back for tipping as for the service we really didn’t feel they deserved a tip apart from a few lovely people . 
Would we stay again NO very few English that didn’t bother us we went away to relax with each other . 
The price we paid not far off the Rixos only about £200 cheaper we thought we would have a change because of the red flags at the rixos due to snorkelling.

Ok not great a high price to pay per person for this hotel

Advantages: food ( like in good Turkish hotels), hotel’s beach, entertainment . Good swimming pools and good hotel’s area.

Disadvantages:  a lot of guests from russia , their culture level is known by everybody I think.   ( in Egypt difficult to find hotels without them).
Room was not ready( no sleepers, no robes)

And most important,  kid’s bed for infants was disaster. Looks like made 50 years ago. Not safe and no clean.
