Excellent. 
The staff are incredibly attentive to your every need and willing to fulfil them. 
The rooms are huge. The pillows are some of the best I have ever slept on as is the super king sized bed. (Not two singles put together!)
Negatives
They allow smoking inside in the blues bar. (Not pleasant)
The food is not to everyone’s taste but we didn’t have a problem with it.
The Asian restaurant was not to our taste at all, but others loved it.
It’s a shame you can’t use the restaurants in the other complex. Which is also where the beach is (it’s a short bus ride away that is laid on by the hotel) the bus does get busy sometimes.

Best barman in an excellant team of bar persons. All so very friendly and  helpful. Mina especially so. 
Nothing was too much ttouble. The lobby bar was bright and friendly when you wanted to sit and chat while havibg a drink. Pool bar had the best coffee a d very hard working staff. Blues bar, bar staff brilliant but when the music was on it was far too loud.

OK I should of written this in January but life just got in the way, so first time we have been to the adults only part of luxury clopatra however been to the family part across the road around 5 times maybe more, the reason we keep going back is my husband is a diver and VIP dive centre within the hotel is probably 1 of the best we have ever booked with, Yonis (adults only) or Tito (family side) are the people we always book with and when I say they go above and beyond I mean it, I do not dive, I sunbath and they always ensure im catered for on any boat trip i chose to go on.
My husband is an advanced diver and I'd say we have been to Egypt at least 30 times in the past 10 years, lock down and not being able to travel to Sharm got in the way of us booking Cleopatra for a few years but went straight back to Cleopatra as soon as we could, in all the time we've been to Egypt VIP divers are the only company that have gotten my husband to Dahab to dive the Blue Hole.
If I have 1 peice of advice DO NOT book with the reps they are paid communication from all the hotels they cover, these boats are over crowded and in my opinion not safe and actually cost the same price as your hotel dive centres which run munch smaller groups, honestly we have seen it time and time again where people book with the reps and come back really upset about their experience, we have never had a bad experience with VIP.

Right on with the review about the hotel, Mr Alfred the manager is such a gentleman and is always available if you have a problem, his so accommodating and approachable absolutely lovely man.
Rooms are lovely all pool facing, next time I'll book swim up but to be honest dont really need too as all rooms are of a good stardard, sometimes and can't be bothered to walk to the pool 😎 just like peice and quiet.
Can't fault the staff, all so polite, respectful and friendly, I work mental health and learning disabilities so when we travel (and his diving) I just want to beath so I tend to go to quiet pools to just lay and sunbath and listen to music, you can imagine in January everyone was round the heated pools, so I was normally the only person up by the sports pool which may I add has sunbeds the size of normal single beds 🤣 the waiter from the pool bar would pop up every half and hour and bring me a drink never forgot me 😁.
Food like all all inclusive can get boring but is well cooked and there is variety, never heard anyone had any stomach problems and spoke to lots of guests, ive never had any issue with my stomach in either hotel.
If you get bored of the food Mc Donald's KFC and other restaurants about 15 minutes walk down the road, also Soho Square (10-15 minute cab drive) is a fantastic place to eat, ice bar has really good food and club downstairs.
You can assess the beach by bus/buggy which leaves the lobby every 15 minutes and takes you through a connecting tunnel straight to the beach which is situated on the family side of the hotel, I always enjoy lunch at the beach bar.
The hotel is situated centrally, with shops and chemist across the road, will say the prices at the shops in the hotel were ridiculous so would just cross the road and purchase from there. Discussed this with the manager Mr Alfred who said he will bring it up as he was concerned about this.
So the are 2 heated pools on ground level the the pool bar in the middle both are very big pools, go up a ramp you have a wave pool, go up a little further to the left you have 4 (if i remember rightly its 4 might be 3) large jacuzzi pools, on the other side you have the sports pool where I spent most of my time 🤣.
Honestly this hotel is absolutely lovely cannot fault it, hoping to go back in April.
Not sure what else I can say apart from if you have any doubts don't book it you won't regret.

Skip the first bit if your not a diver, fabulous hotel

I have written a number of reviews, been most fortunate to travel widely and this was my 4th visit to Sharm. This is my opinion but I hope it helps people choose. It’s 100% honest. The venue itself is ok, it felt a bit gimmicky as a hotel, a large quadrangle with some pools in the middle. The venue grew on me over the week, but it’s not a serene relaxing location, not by any stretch. The weird anomalies were you could use the beach and beach bar at the far more picturesque and classy looking family hotel, but when we sat by the pool, we were immediately asked to leave. More weirdly, the kids/family part of the hotel had a swim up bar, the adults only part doesn’t??? The food in general was very very average. 4 out the 6 of us had upset stomachs during the week, 2 quite badly. That was despite brushing teeth with bottled water and avoiding salads?! The water on 3 days ran orange brown from the taps. So badly on one day is actually coloured my wife’s hair!!! When we spoke to reception they said it would run clear after 5 mins. The picture attached is day 2 after running the tap for hours!!! 

The drinks are at best average, sadly the mixers were generally flat. The cocktail options were plentiful, but again the quality poor. However, the bar staff were outstanding, particularly pool and lobby bars, the cleaner absolutely amazing and the staff in the buffet restaurant, provided you went to the left through the doors, also outstanding. 

Amir on reception was utterly appalling, we had 4 experiences of him over the week. He was unhelpful, unprofessional and a real let down for this hotel. He should not be in reception, he sets a very poor standard as a first point of contact. The hotel must take action if they want to avoid a decline in standard and guest experience. The same was experienced on the 2 occasions we had to sit to the right as we walked in the buffet. The staff that side were really poor. Slow, repeatedly wrong drinks brought to the table and generally presiding over chaos. The polar opposite can be said of the staff on the left who were absolutely on point, funny, friendly, prompt and just a pleasure to be around. Captain (his name) and his team were brilliant.

The animation team were ok, but i must admit after day 2 I just found them annoying. At an adults only hotel, you were asked repeatedly to join in things. Why not just accept we would if we wanted to?! They even woke my daughter (18 year old) from a sun lounger snooze, to ask her to play darts?! The other eye opening element, which I suspect leads to what I consider to be largely misleading scores and ratings in Trip Advisor, is the staff repeatedly approach guests, often the younger ones, asking them to scan a QR code and complete the review. They did it to 4 of our party, who felt a little pressured, and when I looked it was Trip Advisor. 

Overall we had a good time, but that was more down to us as a group, than it was about this venue. I would 100% not return, but I’d love to employ some of the staff.

Average apart from the largely exceptional staff

Well what can I say, me my huspand and his niece stayed in this hotel for 10 nights , what an amazing holiday,  the staff are absolutely fantastic the food was lovely , the animation team was superb we already missing this place,  and we can't wait to return in june , foe my birthday,  the staff couldn't do enough for you , we came bk yesterday and we already missing it , I give it more than a five star to be honest
