Pool

We arrived in the evening and the reception advised us to go to the restaurant before they took us to our room so we didn’t miss out on the evening meal,which was very thoughtful of them. We arrived at our swim up room and were blown away by the size and location perfect for us as it wasn’t far from the main restaurant and the quiet pool. Mina at the pool made us feel very comfortable straight away and makes a lovely coffee,just take your cups from the room as they are larger than the latte ones (that’s if your a coffee lover like us lol). The meals in the restaurant have so far been great plenty of seating areas inside and out and fresh produce. The beach is easy accessible but haven’t tried the restaurant there yet. So far so good looking forward to trying all this hotel has to offer. WiFi is great and only 20 mins from airport that was with the coach transfer and dropping off at one hotel on the way. All staff very friendly and there to help.

1st impressions

We had a wonderful holiday. All areas were so clean. Rooms were slightly smaller than we were used to in Egypt but perfectly adequate. We always found different things to try each time in the restaurant. What makes this hotel great are the staff, they are so friendly and helpful from the people around the pool especially Ahmed and Filo, Ali in the restaurant. The animation team organise lots of activities, from sports games to painting. Better luck next time Lucy at Boccia. Even this early in the year the pool, which is huge, was warm enough for swimming. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful service

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful staff. Not too busy when we were there so plenty of sunbeds by the pool and beach, which had a pier, great for snorkeling. Plenty of choice for food and drinks. Lots of shops outside of the hotel too.
Special mention to fantastic restaurant staff EL SAYED and BEBO, they work long hours but they still always greeted us with a smile and looked after us very well! 
Will definitely come back to this hotel again. 

Loved this hotel!

We are almost completely on the relaxation device, It is super peaceful. Nice bar and Mina who makes great drinks and serves professionally. The hotel is great as well as the people who work in it. We are already thinking when to return here again.

Would definitely return and recommend to a friend. 
Entertainment team including Lucy, Ibis & Piero are super friendly and inclusive. Love watching and participating!
