Very disappointed ! The hotel itself is okay but the all inclusive was very poor, the food was very repetitive and definitely not 5 star . Apart from the fact that there is no sparkling wine included at all the drinks were extremely poor! The white wine was very watered down you never actually saw it being poured from a bottle ! The bars were constantly running out of glasses , rose wine ,coke even beer and  .the cocktails never tasted the same twice .there was nowhere to get a glass of water or soft drink yourself you had to queue at the bar to even get a plastic beaker of water , the only bottled water was in large glass bottles in your room . , The WiFi was absolutely rubbish it dropped out more than it worked . On a plus side most of the staff were lovely and the waiters worked extremely hard and very long hours .it was a much needed break but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it

Very poor all inclusive

Very liked the hotel, workers there were super nice and kind, the territory was very pretty. There was only one negative thing that the beds weren’t great and also there was only one warm pool but there was many people and everyone didn’t fit there. But overall I will come back to this hotel again.

My experience

Per all, the hotel is better than those around. The food is every day the same. Spa not included in the price, you have to pay extra. At the lobby bar, you have to wait long until served. Then, sometimes they will tell you that they have run out of beans. 
We were a group of 23 people and have asked a separate room for our meetings but they asked 300 euros  each day  for 2 hours a day... 

Not too bad

Great hotel , rude staff . If your not Russian or Egyptian don’t bother coming English people are not the target demographic for this hotel 
The room and beach were amazing bit just let down by rude staff and the rudeness of the Russians 
Go here if you want to be ignored and treated like a 2nd class citizen

Rude staff

Our family vacation in Egypt was truly a celebration! We chose a hotel with excellent infrastructure, and we didn’t regret it. The hotel was modern, clean, and cozy, with spacious rooms and magnificent sea views. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Special mention must be made of the top-notch service – always smiling and ready to help, which created a warm and caring atmosphere.

The hotel offers great animation both for adults and children. The adult animation was varied and engaging – morning workouts, evening shows, parties, and beach games. Every day, there were exciting activities that allowed us to stay active and entertained.

As for the kids, it was truly a paradise! The children’s animation deserves a special mention. Our children especially loved the animator Elena, who was able to connect with every child. Her programs were bright, engaging, and fun, ranging from drawing to sports games and shows. Elena created an incredible atmosphere of joy and fun, and thanks to her, the kids didn’t want to leave the kids' club. We saw how our little ones were glowing with happiness, and their smiles are the best proof that this vacation was truly unforgettable!

Overall, our vacation in Egypt became a true family adventure that we will remember for a long time. We thank the hotel and all the staff for excellent service and care, as well as for the unforgettable moments created by the animation! We will definitely return.
