Entertainment made up as they go along. It says one thing but they produce another. Tonight I stayed in hotel with kids as they wanted to see the "Friday night magic show". The others went out into Sharm. We sit, we wait and a singer comes on- no Magic Show. This is no good at all. Advertise one thing then get it sorted.

Entertainment advertises one thing and does another!

The hotel itself is very beautiful and cozy. The downside of the hotel is the people who work there. They laugh in your face when you ask for more than one portion for your family. They say no when you ask for more than one drink. You go for all inclusive, there are restrictions every day. The food in the canteen could be better, dinner starts at 18:30, if you arrive at 19:30 you will not get what people got earlier, there will be no salads and sweets. Every day, no matter breakfast, lunch, dinner, you have to stand and wait for food. The workers demonstratively cut the buns in front of you when you are waiting for your food. I have never written reviews before. I do not recommend this hotel to people, especially to friends and family.

The hotel is not 5 stars, maximum 3!

Best holiday ever with my family q

We arrived Thursday evening and straight away we was impressed, the staff was very friendly and so helpful our room was very clean and the beds are so comfy. The food on the other hand isn’t great for my kids although my youngest is picky but my 11 year old is eating daily. The entertainment is great. I’d suggest buying ur alcohol off the plane as it’s not that great here either

Here right now. Out of season. NEVER come here- certainly not when it gets busy..worst restaurant service and system ive  ever witnessed. Man cooking only two waffles. For a mass of people gathered around. No queue system. Just people standing at front with plates out and passing their plates forward to others so you cannot move forward or get any for the kids. They tried pancakes which were like rubber discs.  Looking to find alternative hotel today. Beware. If you cant be patient and wait for over hour for one waffle out of season this is not the place for you!

Worst restaurant system ever! Looking for new hotel today.
