We spent 14 nights at this hotel.
Staff always made us feel very welcomed. From the reception team to the van drivers, room staff and beach barmans,  I must say that staff is what makes this hotel worth a visit.

Dinning: 
As vegans, we were somehow apreensive in  regarding what we would find as we read different reviews. However I always believe that being upfront and honest is the best way so on our first time at the Tiran Restaurant I spoke with the restaurant manager Mohammed Edris and explained that we were vegans. Mohammed and I spoke with the chefs asking about each meal option and ingredients. Since then  everyday we would arrive at the restaurant and Mohammed would shows us which options were suitabke for us. Some days there were less options (such as on the thematic Fish day)  however we were received with a meal specially prepared for us with Vegan falafels (Tameya), chips, bread, several dips, salad options, fruit. The only thing I could nor find was vegan desserts however I did not need it so I never asked.   
We managed to try egyptian meals that are naturally vegan, such as the tameya and koshari, and different dips that I do not remember the name.. Because the usual hummus had milk, they even prepared a separate hummus for us. I must say they were amazing at the Restaurant. On our day trips we would also speak with the Mohammed and he would prepared a meal box for us to take (and what a meal box. with fruit, sndwiches and even some pastries). 

Entertainment and bar area: 
The hotel has entertainment every night which can get very loud,  and some nights we had to move away from the area because it was too much. The guests that stayed at the rooms in front of the main building would be more affected from 21h to 23h.  As we stayed at the beach front rooms we had no problem with noise there. 
The entertainment was changing and had new events going on on our last days, so I suppose it will now be more diverse, with differet activities being carried out during the day at the pools and beach (yoga and stretching sessions, dance party, water games, inflatables, etc). 
After our first night watching entertainment and being served by one of the bar waiters, on the following nights he would bring drinks even before we asked them. It was a great service and we tipped him a few times as he was outsdanding on his job. 

Beach and pool area:
There are several pools but we only attended the main pool. We spent most of the time at the beach area and snorkeling, because the main pool area (which was in front of our room)  is more noisy and people rush to put towels on chairs from 7am. This happened specially during our first week when a certain group of guests was occupying the chairs from early morning (we witnessed it from our balcony). In order for us to enjoy the pool 1 single day we had to put our towels on chairs at 7h15. On our second week we could see chairs still free by 10am so I guess is a certain type of guests that does this behaviour.  I read that guests pay/tip the towel's staff so that they can reserve the chairs...  What I would like is for hotels not to allow this behaviour and have rules in place to remove towels after 1h unnatended to ensure everybody has access to the same areas. 

There isn't  beach as such, only a coral reef area and a jetty that allows to get into the water but you need to be able to tread water/swim there because it is too deep and you are not allowed to step on the coral otherwise you would destroy it. Nevertheless I loved the jetty area and being able to snorkle and see such a beautiful variety of fish was amazing!!! 
Personally I didn't like to see people jumping into the water from the jetty when most of us are there snorkeling, or the random person standing on coral but of course some guest think they are entitled to do what they want...
The barman at the beach bar was very friendly and would always look after us, bringing us drinks all the time. We barely had to go to the bar and every time we tried he would just insist on taking the drinks to us. We felt very chilled and relaxed at the beach area.   

Spa and gym:
There is a spa a bit outdated with a gym in the premises. I loved the massage sessions and the turkish bath with Omnia (a young massage therapist and lovely girl) but the downside for me is the fact that the gym is located next to the massage room and I could hear the loud sounds of barbells and other equipment from the gym being used, over the relaxing music of the room I was in.  Also the gym equipment needs maintenance as most of the machines are old and out of use.

The only thing I didn't like so much was the fact that staff from the spa, tatoos, diving center was sometimes very persistent on trying to sell you something, specially on our first 3 days there. However we enjoyed our chats with one member of staff from the dive center, Mohammed, who was chatty, didn't not get pushy therefore once we decided to make some excursions I asked to speak with him only and he advised us to chose the day trip to Dahab and the blue hole, and it was amazing!!! Thank you Mohammed!!!

Great time, amazing staff, Vegans welcome

Although we have had a lovley week away we do have some negatives ….
 1… constant hastle whilst your round the pool for spa treatments trips and to have a tattoo 
it was never ending. and started to get annoying when your being told you won’t let them
down as they have family to feed …. 
then you have the men selling trips 
it was never ending ….

2 …. entertainment was cringe worthy  

:3 …. everyone wants tipping and  altho we are happy to tip good service  we found that our room man was constantly at our door asking if we liked  the room and towel art 
even with a do not disturb sign on the door he was knocking early morning  ….

4 ….  food was possibly the worst i’ve ever had on any holiday ….. altho the bread was beautiful so that’s what we’ve lived on 🙁

5 not the hotels fault but the Russians jesus they rule !!! rude ill mannered greedy awful people

6 … the staff in the elements bar and in the swim up bar are wonderful lovley lovley guys and work so hard always smiling and joking big up to these guys and magody on reception to. the guys in the bar in reception work hard and are great 

altho i’ve listed negatives we have enjoyed our first time in sharm …: and would come back to sharm …. when chatting to others at the airport from different hotels it would seem no one else had these issues within their hotels so maybe we would look elsewhere ….. 

one last negative there is no beach to walk on x

Tips and sales ….. tips tips tips

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Sharm. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring guests felt comfortable.

The Elements Restaurant was lovely in the evening, offering a serene pool view that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The Titan Restaurant had a wider selection of dishes, and overall, the food was good with a decent variety. However, I believe the vegetarian options could be improved.

The pools were well-maintained and clean, with the one closest to the sea being heated, which was perfect for cooler days. While there’s no direct beach access, the coral reef just off the resort was stunning — an incredible spot for snorkeling with a rich variety of fish to see.

The resort offers a free shuttle service to the Holden sandy beach, which was beautiful with crystal-clear water. They also provide evening shuttles to Soho Square, the Old Market, and Naama Bay, which was a great convenience.

A special mention goes to Diana, one of the entertainers. She was fantastic — funny, energetic, and incredibly inclusive, making sure everyone felt involved and entertained. Her positive attitude really added to the experience.

The only disappointment was the spa — it felt quite small and didn’t seem worth the price

Great stay

Hotel is nice.front of desk could have been better.we were not shown to our room very late at night just pointed its over there 2 floor.so we walked over it was at bottom of massive hill got to room key wouldnt work waited as said bring our cases 5 mins later cases arrived guy noticed outside told him key wouldnt work all he said go back to reception long walk up hill to sort out.room nice sea veiw clean tidy bathroom shower floor staind badley put u of having shower.beach nice clean tidy.towels provided werent ours had bird poo brown stains on them noticed guys dried them aft use nr hut so bit ugh .food was good lot choice eve and breakfast staff in there nice .beach bar nice lad there lovley helpfull worked so hard running round.also diana anamation team lovley lady as was cheif on beach.eve shows ok low key but nice.pools lovley lot of them .we did get funny tummy lasted most wk shame as food was ok so cause im not sure.as diddnt drink achol.used only bottel water.towels beach maybe ??.staff reception not very nice or smiley.only one stood out always had jacket on rest nope .not even hope see u again on leaving at check out jyst silence bad .shame as rest hotel staff great happy peopel work hard .not hotel if have walking issues .but well done all you on lovley hotel

Lovley vacation

Lovely hotel with a good selection of food and drink. There were two main pool areas, one was relaxed, the other was more lively with a swim up bar. The private beach was lovely and the sea was ideal for snorkelling. 
   There was a useful free shuttle service to the main locations: Naama Bay, Soho Square and Old Market. 
   In addition, the animation team, especially Diana, were fantastic and the evening entertainment was usually fun. 

Lovely Hotel with tasty food and a good selection of drinks and fantastic animation team.
