We spent four days at the Neptune Palms at the very end of a busy schedule Golf Safari Trip in March of 2025.  We had never been to Africa before and didn't really know what to expect as it relates to the amenities and experience of what an all inclusive resort in Kenya would be.  Being from Canada - we had been to Mexico, the Dominican republic - and other areas like that for an all inclusive experience and weren't sure how Neptune Palm would compare.

Well...it was INCREDIBLE!  The experience we had at the Palms was better than any of the amazing all inclusive experiences that we have had in the past (and we never thought those would ever be out done!!).  

The food was out of this world, fresh, hot, well seasoned, and plentiful.  Tonnes of variety on a daily and weekly basis while we were there.  The rooms were incredibly comfortable with all you could ever want in your room. Pillows and mattresses were fantastic!  The amenities and activities that the resort had to offer were also world class and fun to be a part of.  Only thing that perhaps was missing was some sort of Gym area where you could lift a little bit of weight or work on a bike or treadmill).  Having said that, we created our own little outdoor circuit and trained with monkeys and lots of local birds watching our every move!  it was so much fun!

As great as the facility, actitivies, food, and drinks were - the MOST IMPRESSIVE THING ABOUT NEPTUNE PALMS WAS IT'S PEOPLE.  Never have we been around people who were more friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and generous!  They were incredible ambassadors in all departments.  We had Mercy as our Room attendant who was a rock star, Teddy who worked on the animation team, Brian one of our bartenders at the resort, Faith and Winnie at the restaurants who always went above and beyond for us.

Somehow their team quickly got to know our names in a busy place - what we were doing and asked how they could help.  As an example - without asking for anything - one of the team members came up to ask about 2 hours before we were going on a snorkel tour to ask if they could pack a cooler with refreshing beverages for the snorkel event.  We were blown away!!!  How did they even know we were going on a tour as the company we signed up with wasn't affiliated with the hotel.  There were COUNTLESS examples of this kind of proactive hospitality that continually blew us away.  

Mr. Manoj, the property General Manager - even met us when we first came on site and welcomed us and helped us make some plans!  Talk about incredible leadership from the top.  No wonder why the people are so amazing!  The leadership they work under is fantastic and recognize the importance of having great people who work on their team.

We can't recommend Neptune Palms more and look forward to visiting their other properties as well.  It is a home run and a decision you will look back on (as we have) and be so thankful that you decided to stay with their team and family!  The Neptune Palms has an "IT" factor that will make your experience there the best ever!

Hospitality at its Absolute Finest!  Don't miss going to the Neptune Palms in Kenya

This resort is quite beautiful with an absolutely stunning beach.  The food was incredible. I’m not much of a buffet person but the choices were numerous and the food quality excellent. 
The difference maker at this resort compared to many others is most definitely the people.  These hard working Kenyans are polite, friendly and extremely attentive.  We appreciated their friendly smiles and very positive attitudes.  
In summary, the resort is top notch and the people were exquisite.  We had a glorious time.

Ultimate customer experience

Great food fabulous beach amazing staff    are the first words that come to mind. I had excellent shopping on site with very reasonable prices.  We used the spa and what a great massage I got.  The food was plentiful and works class.  The staff genuinely wanted you to relax and enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel

What a wonderful four days at Neptune Palms. Staff were kind and thoughtful, food was top notch and the setting on the Indian Ocean unequalled. Oh, and the fabulous pool. A welcome regenerative time after almost six days on safari. Thank you Neptune Palms.

Regenerative Oceanside stay

Fantastic hotel in great location next to beach. Beautiful grounds excellent staff service. Spotlessly clean. We had a room with Ocean view which was amazing. Food buffet with plenty of choice. 

Walter at the  pool bar gave really attentive service despite him just starting at Palm Beach. Scorvia waitress again excellent service always with a smile. The young man who cleaned our room number 706 was always helpful and attentive. A big thank you to receptionist Vicky who helped us sort out problems with the flight back to Nairobi she even used her personal phone to sort for us.

Fabulous hotel

Located on Galu Beach along the South Coast, Neptune Palm Beach Resort & Spa features a freshwater outdoor swimming pool, a spa and entertainment staff. 

Guests can enjoy buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Mnazi restaurant, which specialises in local cuisine. For refreshments, guests' can sit back and relax at the poolside lounge bar, along with two additional bars around the hotel.

Guestrooms are styled like traditional cottages, each with a balcony offering garden views, outdoor furniture, and air conditioning. The bathrooms include a shower. Room upgrades to include a sea view are available at a fee.
