We have just returned from a great 5 day break at the Valeria Dar Atlas. The room was clean & comfortable. The food interesting & varied. The staff are wonderful, working well under pressure. As a party of 6 it was well worth tipping, ensuring a nice table outside. The beer, gin & tonic, & rosè wine were all more than adequate. The quiet pool was a real bonus with afternoon temperatures reaching 37c! Ignore the negative reviews & judge this hotel for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Great Value All Inclusive

Absolutely amazing....... animation staff have been amazing.   Arabic lessons by snouy and momo as been so much fun with his water aerobics and fun with water balloons  has been a blast !!  Always friendly and inclusive..... 100%.  

Food good !!  Accomdation good, cleaning staff very attentive. 

100% worth a visit

Never ever write a review but we are here now and looking to change hotels, room stinks of sewerage, food is absolutley awful and I’m not a fussy eater! Bedding is ripped, had the same dirty mark on the bed since Monday when we arrived and it’s Thursday. Light switch in room doesn’t work, there’s no drawers whatsoever to put your stuff. How it is a 4 star I’ll never know! It’s says all inclusive but you have to pay for drinks after 11pm and before that no cocktails are included you have to pay for them too, I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone and if you’ve got children then definitely not as there is no food on for kids, not even chips some nights! Stay clear and do your research before booking a hotel here

Wonderful staff, beautifully kept grounds and convenient transport into town. My friend and I had a short break staying at the Valeria for 4 nights in June.  I had never been to Marrakech before and we decided to book accommodation outside of the city centre. The pre-booked shuttle was easy, reliable and the cost was nominal.  Hotel staff were incredibly accomodating.  Food on offer was plentiful but repetitive and the 'rules' regarding having a drink to stay or taking it with you to your room or to another part of the resort were confusing and changed depending on who you spoke to. And even when paying for drinks (the adults/relax pool), there were limited options.  This wasn't an issue for us but a reocurring complaint from other holiday makers.  The hotel is adjacent to its sister hotel where I think the theatre was located as were other facilties but we found it by accident during a walk after dinner one evening as both hotels (if they are indeed 2 hotels..) are in the same gated compound.  When checking-in, I would have appreciated information about the entire site.

Clean and adequate for our needs. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and engaging. Food was very good, nice to be able to try something different and have familiar flavours available. Would recommend . Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this country. Thank you

First time in Marrakech
