Pool

- Air condition is fixed on hot mode despite it show cold and hot in control unit, when claimed to reception staff he starts arguing and said its the request of clients in the hotel !! that was first in my lifetime to recieve an answer like that and that a guest controls hotel rooms!! of course that was nonsense of your staff and a very bold fooling a client.

- Room was too hot too noisy if window open.

- No toilet tissues, no enough towls, no remote control of TV, bathroom light wont turn off!! We had to pull the card from slot to disconnect electricity from room!!

Not comfortable 

We spend two nights at this hotel, our room was clean, hot shower and comfortable bed including good  breakfast, the only Wifi was slow on our room. 

We strongly recommended this hotel to everyone, calm place and many restaurants are closer, also you can take a nice walk into the shopping center.

Fine hotel in Marrakech near shopping centre!

BEWARE false marketing. I do not normally complain but I object to being conned.  Arranged to meet family for a nights stay and relaxed meal with alcoholic drinks and wine prior to flight next day.  Being mindful and respectful of alcohol restrictions in Morocco chose this hotel as it advertises a bar and alcoholic drinks in its marketing photos.  Upon asking where the bar was I was told it had been taken out!! If it had ever been there I’m not sure where it could have been located.  Therefore had to take 20 minute taxi journey to a suitable restaurant catering for all requirements.  The rooms are spartan no bottled water or tea or coffee making facilities.  We had to leave early 6am at the time restaurant supposed to open no it didn’t!! so no opportunity to get a tea or coffee.
Rooms are not sound proofed as we heard person in next room coughing and using the toilet also very noisy outside as our room was road side. 
Booking.com are trying to contact the hotel to address the false advertising and misrepresentation of facilities but they are not responding!!  I wonder why!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE

Very basic hotel, no bar area, freezing pool.
The hotel was clean and staff nice. The woman on reception was lovely and helpful.
They didn’t have a bar area to get drinks from and you had to pay for coffee.
The pool area was clean but it was freezing and often in the shade.

Fine for a night or two

Stayed here for six days as a tourist.  The hotel is basically in a retail park on a really busy road junction. 
Bad points
Rooms are ok but bathrooms look grubby and run down
Really noisy due to road noise and the windows don't lock so doesn't sound proof. 
Also I was moved due to noise from 5th floor to 3rd floor but in to an adjoining room.  Awoken by neighbours showering at 2am and hair dryer going.... then the Cockerell started making up the neighbourhood at 4am
Breakfast is very traditional moroccon so don't expect too much.  The older lady serving is very grumpy but younger staff nice

Good points
In November the weather is still good but the sun is low so sun at the pool only until around 2pm
Plenty of loungers tho when I was there 
Comfortable bed but not much storage for two

Best staff has to be Lahcen on reception who showed true empathy.  Also the gent working in the restaurant fed the cat and kittens outside and was just lovely 

Overall a good location for seeing the souk and medina but bring ear plugs!
