This place was absolutely amazing, the room was very clean and was a decent size for the the 2 of us. The location was spot on and was walking distance from everywhere. Food was very nice however, more variety for tea time would of been nice but other than that I would definitely recommend staying 

100% would recommend!!!

My wife and I normally book 4 Star hotels, however, as costs have increased, we booked this one, described as '3 Star Plus' on Jet2's website. We were not disappointed.
We arrived late at night and, unfortunately, we were not given the room we had paid for (De luxe with full sea view). I immediately raised this with reception and they reassured me that this would be addressed the following morning. Despite the usual anxieties, they were true to their word and by 10:30am, we were in the correct room which was faultless. Housekeeping had placed balloons and a bottle of wine for my wife's belated birthday. I later met Spyros, the manager, who apologised for the error and said he would compensate us by letting us have the room on a free late check out on our final day - we were not due to leave the hotel until 8pm. Again he was true to his word and this enabled us to have a full final day doing whatever we wanted with no time constraints.
We found all staff to be exceptional at their jobs and very friendly, each seemed to have a mission to ensure our holiday was the absolute best it could be. This them ran through the whole team, manager, kitchen, waiting, bar and maintenance staff alike. There was a feel that they were all part of a family.
Other examples of outstanding service:
The safe in our room jammed and I raised it with reception - it was addressed within 5 minutes.
My wife sent a drink flying all over the table and floor at dinner one night - three staff descended on us saying 'no problem, don't worry' and immediately sat us at an adjacent table, while replacing the drink and cleaning up in a matter of minutes.
The hotel pool is never over busy and we never had a problem finding vacant sun loungers.
The hotel is ideally situated for access to a gorgeous beach on a safe shallow bay. A parasol and two sun loungers cost a very reasonable 7.50 euros per day.
Central Ayia Napa is no more than a 20 minute walk away and there are regular buses if you prefer.
The clientele of the hotel were a great mix both in terms of age and nationality.
In summary, excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff and service.

3 Star hotel with 5 Star staff and service

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home.
Pascali the head matridor and his team are chatty, friendly and the most lovely staff I've ever come across. They make you feel individual and special.
Me and my partner stayed here for 10days for a 2nd time and will definitely be back. 
We had a slight problem with our room this time and the manager offered us a choice of several rooms to choose from which again was prompt and he made sure we were happy throughout our stay.
The manager himself and the staff would always say hello and again I cant say enough how special they made us feel.
This hotel is a little gem hidden away, with the beach across the road, supermarket on the doorstep and shops and bars all within minutes walking. 
You can walk all along the beach front to the the famous Nissi Beach or into Ayia Napa the other way.
We stayed half board and had no problem with finding something to eat at mealtimes or getting a bed by the pool(even the man that cleaned the pool was so friendly and charming)
I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing Pascali and his team again. Thankyou Anonymous for another amazing stay xx

Another amazing stay!

location is fantastic, 5min walk to shops bars etc., small beach opposite hotel 100m away, and 5min walk alongside seaside by promenade to famous fantastic Nissi Beach, hotel rooms clean, well equipped, good swimming pool, good breakfast, due to few guests in hotel during our visit (March) they removed buffet style evening meal (we were on half board, breakfast stayed as buffet) so in the evening we have chose from 3 main dishes, apart of it was appetiser and desert, food was fabulous, check photos

This was my second visit to this hotel, which was even better than the first in 2021. The manager and his whole team were exceptional, always friendly and made us feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble.The hotel is so clean and fresh. It's in a great location, easy walking distance to shops, bars and centre of Ayia Napa. It's literally metres away from the beautiful sandy beach. The breakfast and evening buffet had plenty of choice. Cannot find fault with anything.Great for all ages, can't wait to return very soon.
