Wow what a stay we had. From the minute we arrived at the reception to leaving a week later we could not fault this place. The rooms were a fabulous size and very clean. The beds were so comfortable too. We had a bath and shower in ours which is great my husband likes a bath better than a shower. All the staff are so lovely and work so hard to make your holiday a special one and a memorable time. The pool area is really clean. The bar is. Great place to chill out and the food is just perfect with a very good size menu. Chris is such lovely man and very very helpful nothing is too much trouble for him he really looked after us and this made our holiday. To all staff from Bar staff, reception, kitchen ,cleaning , maintenance, Gardening and the lovely Chris you should all be so proud of yourselves for doing such an amazing job. Will definitely return hopefully 2024

Wow amazing

Stayed at This hotel for the first time this year and will definitely be back, booked a one bedroomed apartment and it was massive, beds really comfortable with extra pillows provided if needed, living room had large tv with English movie channel available which was a plus for us as I like the tv on while getting ready, fridge and kitchen was ample size and had everything you would need to cook yourselves even though we didn't while we were there, bathroom was a little out dated but shower worked fine and water was always hot.  Cleaners were in every day and everywhere was spotless.  You do have to pay for a safe and air con if u wanted it.
I'm quite an early riser so never struggled for sun beds but the pool is quite small co pared to the size of rooms but people were good and never left towels out if they weren't using the beds.
Ate a few times at the bar and it was always really enjoyable.
Bar staff were amazing always went out their way to chat and interact with guests and found other guests in the hotel really chatty as well, made some new friends.
It is a short walk from where u get dropped off by the bus but we easily found our way.  In a quiet location which was good on a night as there was no noise at all but maim centre was only a couple min walk away.

Incredible place with friendly people

The hotel is in a very key location which is close to many shops as well as the center and many bus stops. The pillows are very soft and fluffy. The service is top notch. The food is very tasty and varied. The pool is in a location that is very key to all the rooms that are in the hotel.

Visiting the Christabelle Hotel was an amazing experience. It is in the center of the city and everything is so close to it - from supermarkets to malls. The rooms are beautifully designed and it has various different kitchen products to use if you want to make your own food.The beds are really comfortable too. One of the things what i really liked about the hotel is that the staff is really nice, and the rooms and the pool are very hygienic. All in all everything about the hotel was wholesome.

This 3 star hotel is located in the city centre of Ayia Napa and was established in 1981. It is close to the THALASSA MUSEUM. The Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. All 107 rooms are equipped with safe and air conditioning.
