Pool

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very clean, staff all very friendly, food was great and amazing views of nissi beach. Shout out to Mike and Ilias who gave great advice. We had a blast and will definitely be back ❤️ the only downside was the lack of entertainment in the evening, but it didn’t change the great time we had.

Amazing Hotel

Really liked this hotel. Rooms were spotless - our cleaner Lorna was friendly and did a great job. Beds comfortable. We had a great sea view room - worth the upgrade if you can! 
sun loungers were comfortable and pools clean. Never had an issue getting a loungers but it was end of season, so not sure what it would be like in high season. Beach is a 30 second stroll away so you can certainly hop between the 2. 
Famous beach bar did decent food and was reasonable. 
Enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again!

Lovely clean hotel - would return!

One of the best hotel, the service is very good, the staff is very friendly and knows their job. the food is very delicious, I recommend this hotel. the sea view from balcony  is indescribably beautiful, 1 min to the beach, the best beach in all of Ayia Napa

One of the best hotel

Stayed with my mum of 85 who uses a walking rollator aid.  The view from the hotel was amazing, straight over the pool and onto Nissi Beach.  Room was spacious and had a small fridge and hairdryer
Breakfast at first looked amazing plenty of choice, hot food, cereals, salad, fruits etc BUT all of the hot food was cold, fried eggs, mushrooms, beans, bacon and sausage - not sure how they were trying to keep the food hot but it wasn't working
Also if you have walking difficulties there is no toilet on the ground floor, nearest one is on the mezzanine level which you have to take a lift to
The pool is huge but there are no adult steps to get you into the pool - they only have the vertical ladder steps which are not sufficient
There is a child pool area which has steps in but it is designed for children and there is no hand rail and the tiles are slippy

Great but some points missing

I spend over 300 nights a year in hotels, but I’ve never experienced such poor behavior in my 18 years of traveling. The older, chubby receptionist should seriously consider a different profession. The way he speaks to guests is beyond unacceptable.

While he was smoking outside, a lady made a casual comment, saying it was a bit chilly. His response? “It’s April, what did you expect?” This wasn’t the first time he spoke to guests as if they were beneath him.

He was so condescending toward us that we even considered changing hotels. We asked for an extra room key, and his response was, “I gave you one. That’s enough.”

Seriously—shame on the hotel for employing someone like that. Never again.

Once was enough

Located just a 2-minute walk from Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa, Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel offers both an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a sauna and fitness room. Water World is only 200 m away.
