General view

Quite poor though one receptionist, Helena was excellent, very friendly and most helpful. The other one was useless and totally the opposite, caught her ironing in the reception area. They messed up the booking, charging me twice before refunding me. Location was excellent but compared to Leonardo Boutique Hotel, it's a long way off and we probably won't be returning.

Not a pleasant stay and the room was cold

We stayed for 10 nights and it was a marvellous stay. I would say that the staff were the stand out factor in giving this review 5 stars however the room, the breakfast and the location were all exceptional. If you are planning on staying, I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast deal as the food was extremely delicious, setting every day up for success. 

If we ever return to Cyprus, The Roseum Boutique hotel will definitely be where we stay.

Nothing but positives! Excellent!

My partner and I had a wonderful time here. The breakfasts were delicious and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday. I would definitely recommend. If we had any issues they were dealt with immediately without delay.

A wonderful stay

Nice stay. Good location easily walkable to the beach and other attractions . Check in and check out were smooth. The room we stayed in was large and clean, beds comfortable. The room had a small fridge and a kettle for coffee and tea. Good Value.

Nice Stay

Our overall stay at the hotel was ok. However the day we were leaving,  we asked for little extra time for check out. The receptionist gave us the permission till 1:00 pm. We went out for last minute shopping and  came back at 12:45, ie 15 mn before the appointed time. As we went up to the room to freshen up and take down the luggage to check out and head to the airport, we found out that the door of the room wouldn't open... They had locked us out! We went down to the reception and there WAS NO ONE at the desk! She had left a paper on her desk that she would be  back in 20 mn, but eventually she never showed up! We started panicking and roaming around to see if there was anyone to open the room, but there was NO ONE in the hotel!!  
20 mn later and to our luck,  two cleaning personnel showed up unexpectedly for their duty, and we told them our story. They called the receptionist who for sure had nothing to do with customer service as we could hear her shouting over the phone! She gave the cleaning man the authorization to open the door to our room, and we finally were able to leave the hotel and rush to the airport!! We left at 2:00 pm and the reception was still empty from any management personnel! Can't believe that a hotel is run by an extremely rude and unprofessional employee, and the reception area unattended all this time! We had an emergency and the hotel was empty from any employee!!! I am sure that the owner Mr. George Chehwan would never agree to that!!! 
Anyway NEVER AGAIN!!

Worst Receptionist and Customer service!!
