Pool

We booked the junior suite, the kitchenette was very old, good size bedroom but twin beds, had a bath when I would prefer a shower.
The maid service was really good always nice and clean.
We arrived at 1.30am but there was sandwiches and fruit in the fridge for us .
The restaurant had different food variety every day but we expected more fish and seafood  only had calamari and 1 day some small prawns.

The restaurant service was excellent due to Sophia keeping it going, the other staff we could see not happy, the bar service was very slow.

Lastly night entertainment was poor the team who look after the children and day activities did bingo, but no outside singers or a DJ or a band would have been great.

Hotel a bit secluded from a town centre
But the hotel had 2 large swimming pools and the beach is just 20 minute walk.

Not what we expected for 4 stars

Went to this hotel with my wife and had a great time, To start with we didn’t arrive until gone midnight however night time receptionist was very pleasant and he took us to our room and explained facilities to us, there was food in the fridge along with water and wine with some fruit which was welcome, 

The good:- The food was exceptional something different everyday and always very tasty,
                         The staff were great especially the dining room staff, bar staff and reception.
                        The entertainment team were very good with kids and games throughout the day with darts,water volley ball,
                         Boules and various other games, also the kids mini disco.
                          The location was great right by the sea, close to town centre literally 5 minutes slow walk.
                         Air Con was brilliant in the rooms
                         The swimming pools were very good 2 large and one kids pool 

Room for improvement :- not a criticism just and observation
                           The rooms are somewhat tired could do with an update they are not bad just a bit tired.
                           The nightly entertainment was not to my taste while I know they did work hard and put a lot of effort in sometimes
                             people want a singer or a group to entertain adults
                            Put a proper shower in the rooms nobody uses baths anymore
                             Try and put the waste skips somewhere else From the front of the hotel as this is the first things your customers 
                            see when turning up to the hotel and it hides the fact it’s a hidden gem.

The ultimate question is would I recommend this hotel and would I return the answer would be a resounding yes we had a great time staff great, food great, area great, facilities great,

Beautiful hotel, rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and the food wow, by far the best all inclusive holiday food we have ever had, we have come as a large party of 14 of us, and none of us can fault it, we would definitely return to this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic

Great going back as always! 4th time visiting and the food is amazing as always with various buffets. The staff and Animation team are doing a good job. Great activities like water volley, water polo, dart, boccia and beach volley. Can reccomend All inclusive as value for your money! And do a boat trip to see, swim with turtles and jump from the boat into the Blue Lagoon

Best place Cyprus!

Wow! This has been the best all inclusive food we have ever had. Breakfast lunch and dinner there are so many choices and it’s always hot and fresh. The staff in the whole place are truly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. 
The whole place is spotlessly clean and the cleaners who did our room were amazing  
The only slight thing is that we had two twin beds pushed together instead of a double. 
Would I come back yes I would in a heartbeat
