This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel it’s very run down when you first walk in to the reception you think it’s lovely but after a couple days you will see it’s not the hotel it’s made out to be rude staff apart from maria in the bar and the man giving the towels at the spa they was lovely but the rest need to be trained in how to speak to holiday makers spa was not in use the inside pool area is so run down an dirty one life guard out side to manage 3 pools and the inside pool there was cracks all on our balcony floor aircon worked when it wanted to asked to move rooms was told no rooms available the room that my son and his girlfriend was in absolutely stunk of the sewers breakfast wasn’t the best was told couldn’t sit out side because there was no room when there was (this only happened to us once though ) but we did get to sit outside as I refused to sit inside I’m on holiday why do I want to eat inside you have to leave deposits to use the towels plaster falling off walls cracks in the floor of the lift our tap in bathroom in the bath was mouldy also the bed base at the bottom was all stained out side of the hotel was like a work site as building work going on this hotel could be made lovely but it’s in desperate of repair also no air con in reception area plus filthy ripped old sofas need replacing as they are so tatty this is no way a 4 star LUXURY HOTEL I would not stop at this hotel again when you Save hard to pay for your holiday this is not what you expect also the corridors felt like I was walking down a hospital corridors

Poor communication. No entertainment. Poor for allergies. Pools freezing including the ‘heated indoor pool’. NO treatments avail in Spa. ‘Hot food’ luke warm at best. No glasses or cups at breakfast. Beautiful view and good sized 2 bed suite. Won’t go again

LOUD - The lift. The fridge. Walls not soundproofed. 
Staff unfriendly and lethargic.
No spa treatments available.
Stink in room and in corridors at night.
Sunloungers in bad state - broken amd tattered. Swim towels worn and torn.
Breakfast not great - cheap and the same very day. No real juice and coffee out of a machine.
Lobby was dirty. Furniture old and run down.
Couldn't stand it any longer so moved to another hotel
Website is basically a lie.
The only good thing is the view.

We arrived at the hotel on Hol HaMoed. First of all, the hotel is divided into a hotel for the Blue Lagoon and the Capital. It is a shared hotel with religious people. The hallways look like an unclean hospital, the food is not tasty, and the employees are not nice at all! I do not recommend it!!!

After reading some very concerning reviews on this platform, we arrived at Capital Coast Hotel with quite a bit of apprehension. However, our experience turned out to be far more positive than expected.

The hotel is basic but clean, with well-equipped family rooms that suited our needs well. The pools were well maintained and the hotel’s location is excellent, with beautiful walks along the coastal path just outside.

The Blue Lagoon kosher catering offered a good, plentiful variety and quality of food, and the WiFi service throughout the hotel was reliable — a real plus for us.

While some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier, a real standout was the team in the kosher dining room, particularly Alexander, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

One big positive worth mentioning is that the hotel made a real effort to allocate our family rooms close together, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the hotel was nowhere near as bad as the reviews we had read. It’s a reasonable, straightforward hotel in a good location that served us perfectly for our stay.

This 4 star hotel is located on the coastline of Paphos and was established in 2008. It is a short drive away from the Harbour, Restaurants. The Hotel has a restaurant, a coffee shop, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 113 rooms are equipped with hairdryer, safe, ironing set and air conditioning.
