Our stay here was perfect in every way. On arrival the staff were very friendly and due to our late flight they had even left food in our room so that we didn’t miss tea. The room was stunning with a view of the sea, and everything was clean and tidy. The room was cleaned every day.

The food was better than expected, although produced in high volume everything was of great quality and we really enjoyed that there was always fresh fruit etc out. The timings are also really good as you can either get up to eat early and head into Corfu town, or you can have a later evening meal if you’re out during the day so you don’t have to worry about getting back.

In terms of travelling, this hotel is in a great location. There are lots of car rentals but the main 2A bus to Corfu town has a stop just outside with very frequent buses, it’s just 2 euros to get into town.

The bar was lots of fun on an evening, there was different entertainment each night and the staff were very friendly. There is also the pool and beach bar for during the day - the pool bar makes amazing coffees as well if you prefer something like an iced latte, with different milks if you can’t have dairy which was a bonus for me. Dimitris worked at the bars and was really friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations for things to do, and he made great cocktails!

We went during October, so although the pool and beach were great on sunny days, we did have one cloudy day. The indoor pool was great on this occasion as it meant we still had something to do within the hotel! 

Overall, we are really impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Corfu.

Amazing hotel!

This is an old hotel just to get that out of the way out front. We stayed as a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids  in July 2024. We did have a nice stay - but I would say this hotel is very room dependent, we had a 2 bed suite with a huge balcony, amazing views, and a private pool which was totally worth it, since one is not really able to use the main hotel pool. The main hotel pool is very old and dirty looking - it could just be that its so old but its very dark and looks rusty around the edges. 

There are a couple of very nice restaurants on the edge the hotel that have great views of the planes coming in and nice food that are worth going to. The restaurant at the hotel was fine for breakfast - which was busy buffet every morning - but lots of choice and very nice. 

As others have mentioned this hotel is a good base for exploring Corfu and would totally recommend it if you can get a room with a private pool.

There is also a funicular railway down to the small beach on the property.

Also note it is very close to the airport and planes come in about every hour or so - and normally this would annoy me, however it didn't here - perhaps because they were not too frequent and the views were amazing! Enjoy Corfu :)

Good if you can get the right room...!

Fist time with my son in Corfu, fantastic find. 
Team very helpful, rooms clean but could do with a lick of paint here and there. 
Food was good. Drinks priced as expected however water wasn't available free of charge which was odd. 
Fantastic location and amenities.

Father son trip away

The hotel is older but still keeps a lot of charm, mainly because it is very clean, has a nice garden with huge trees and offers the best view possible. 

Food is okay, the elevator to the beach a fun Gimmick. 

Very, very easy access to the James Bond scenery and Mouse Island! If that is your priority for corfu, search no longer. 

James Bond Feeling 

I'm writing this review to balance out the amazing beauty of this beautiful hotel and changes over time. To give a fair comparison ; 80’s with the changes made thus far. 
I lived and worked on Corfu for a number of years during the 80's. I stayed/socialised at this hotel when it was the very prestigious Hilton. We loved lording it up with cocktails and meeting friends. Food was amazing and always a treat. We'd dream -we were all in our late teens- about staying there one day. Out of reach at the time. 
l'd always revisit even when I had left to return to live back in UK. Then when my son (now28) was born I took him to Corfu annually  for nearl 20 vears. We haven't been together to this hotel but are going on a special holiday together beginning May this year. A week of complete luxury. We travel a lot for our jobs and are always both super busy. 
Our first holiday together since COVID. I did visit last year and was astounded at how beautiful it is.
I know the other Corfu Palace very very well. But this is a different experience altogether. It was immaculate and staff were outstanding in their delivering superb customer service. The food was very very good. Although I was alone on my lunch/daytime visit I was made to feel very comfortable. Bar staff were excellent. 
I will review in May on our actual stay as l've paid extra for us to have beautiful sea view rooms with balconies. 
People do say the rooms are tired and poor. I somehow can't see this for one second. 🙏🏻
