I came with my fiancé ,  the look of the place was lovely , slightly hilly but we got used it a couple.of days into the holiday 

Lovely staff apart from one staff member ( lady on reception) 

Only advise I give is - don't go near end of the season of them being open ( which is middle to end of October ) 

And if you struggle with climbing hills I suggest asking for a room closest to the main areas ( e.g pool , restaurant, front gates etc ) 

Near end of the season - they stop putting an effort into the meals and they aren't well labelled either so make sure you take someone who is willing to taste test things for you first so you know what it is and whether to taste or not 

Also if you are a vegetarian or vegan your abit stuck for food as they only do 2 meals specially for vegan/ vegetarian and then after that all you could probably have is pasta chips or salad or fruit 

Don't get me wrong food may be better earlier in year but middle to end of October nah haha 

But we did get advised by another member of staff that it's also best to avoid coming between end of may and August as it's that busy you can't get around the pool or in the pool 

Beds are fairly hard aswell but if we had known we could of got mattress toppers ( as read in a previous review ) it wouldn't of been so bad 

Also if you come via Jet2 make sure you have the holiday voucher from the app or even have every document jet2 provide in the booking printed out ... As we had a right ordeal with the receptionist when we arrived .. kept demanding holiday voucher and we had no idea what she meant , we got to her eventually once we found it 

Also make sure when signing in , ask for safe key while your at it .. it costs so make sure you have euros on you when you sign in  saves the trip back to reception again like we had to do 

The restaurant staff were lovely and the day and night barmen yannis and Micheal were both so lovely 

Overall it was a lovely holiday just wish we came a little earlier

Lovely but don't go near end of season

On a hillside,  however veiws were fabulous, we asked for a twin room and the bottom block .. we got exactly what we asked for AND A SEA VEIW!! FANTASTIC!!
Beds perfect for us, but heard too hard for some people, but pop to reception they pop a topper on. 
The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left most days.
Food ok, Mousacca was beautiful, compliments to the chef, we ate out a few times by choice!
We only drink wine, it was better than most places we've been to!..  so can't comment on the spirits. 
The people in the hotel were (friendly most of the time).. we did have a temperamental worker in the kitchen hahaha. 
Loved Stalis will definitely go back.
I left a wallet in the safe by mistake  they posted it off to me, totally free of charge.

so this was basically the low down of our week

Where to even start on this place, 😔 by for the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed… (and no I’m not a stuck up person either, far from it,just saying lol).
So visited here recently for a week family holiday 11 of us in total, 3 being babies under 3…
The food was terrible repetitive and let’s say not catered for English nor children, nothing went together and you could tell the left over were used at the later meal or day after.
We were told it had an hill but to put us in the last block at the top of the mountain with 3 push chairs was a joke, (good job there was a few of us to help out.
After spending 2 nights here the maids came around to clean 😂 upon this visit they’d taken one of the mattresses out of one of the cot beds and expected the 11 month old whos travel cot it was to sleep on the metal bars (frame) and was told by reception we couldn’t have another until 14:30 the following day… REALLY!!! I don’t think so! There was another matteress left by the balcony for that night on returning from our paid for evening meal down on the strip, Where we ate every night obviously out of pocket. The bed and towels were changed twice throughout our 7 night stay, rooms basic but okay, beds like concrete boards and floors could do with a good scrub/bleach, get out of the shower and by the time I was ready to go out my feet Wer black…
The people away from the hotel was lovely friendly and inviting, jolly and smiling nothing like the staff from this hotel, a few would say hi and smile at from this hotel, the rest of them you could tell even those didn’t want to be there whilst being paid to be lol
Not like any all inclusive I’ve ever been too, snack bar consists of 2 buffet trays of something that wasn’t on the snacks menu and once it was gone that was the end of snacks 
Black Mold in the drinks machines and freezer where the ice cream was kept in the dinning room,
Ramps to the dining room used whilst it was closed and doors shut at opening times so pushchairs have to struggle with the few front steps( just been plain ignorant if u ask me!)
One night we went down to see if there was anything edible a few of our groups got there abit earlier than others tried to sit around them as a family and was told by a certain member of staff that it wasn’t allowed and tried moving us across the room and away from them as we had pushchairs that would block the aisle that only us lot was in anyhow ( but they would get complaints apparently even though we were all related 🤯)… so off down to the lovely local peoples restaurants we went again to put some more of our hard earned cash into the local community and businesses 😊
By day 3/4 I was looking for a cheap flight home but family persuaded me and partner to stay but by day 6 I really couldnt wait for the transfer to come for us..Dead sert we won’t be returning maybe to Crete/ Greece but definitely not this place
I can have a laugh now back home but JC, holiday from hell 
Unfortunately for us we asked a local family friend travel agent to book this for us via his own company as we were recommended this hotel by a member of staff at hays travel, so can’t really complain to them or try and get any of our money compensated 😩 
We are all left physically mentally emotionally and pocket drained, and in need of a good holiday 😂 on the plus side roll on next year!!

Attached is pics of the measley amount of all inclusive for one of the evening meals whilst we was there of which a got shouted at for taking pictures from what looked like the manager/supervisor of the dinning room and you could tell it was because he didn’t want anyone seeing what was going off there just by the way he approached me, when infact I did actually take the pictures to show what was on offer that night to the others with me to save all 11 plus messing with the pushchairs finding somewhere to sit if there was nothing we could make a meal of.
So whilst having them saved might as well share them seen as though they’re so against people finding out , 
Even the nice local people said it used to be one of the best hotels in the area until the owner changed it to all inclusive and just wanted to cash in on everyone staying there, “he’s only bothered about money, not making sure people are happy and smiling whilst on holiday” was a quote from one local man down on the main strip

Waste of Money

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, rooms large and clean, drinks were fine for all inclusive, it is on an incline but it’s manageable, worth it for the views. We had a sea view room which we couldn’t fault. We do however agree with a lot of other reviews the food is shockingly bad, breakfast was the best  but that was usually cold, if this hotel could sort the food out it would be a great place to stay. We met some great people, and there are plenty of sunbeds with 2 lovely pools

Lovely hotel

Don't usually do all inclusive but this was a late booking. Rooms are clean, maids frequent but boy the food & drinks are poor. My husband & I had upset stomachs frequently throughout our 2 week stay. I actually stopped drinking alcohol by the second week. The wine is on tap and poor quality with a syrup consistency. Spirits taste like pure ethanol. I'm not a fussy eater but you have to like meat to survive. Reception staff are rude, though dining & bar staff friendly working so hard & long hours.The complex is a 15 minute walk to shops & the beach. Beach wasn't great, packed with sunbeds. The hotel is on a hill OK if you are fit. Wouldn't return.
