A lovely hotel in a great location. In fact it's less than five minutes walk to one of the main attractions, the three bells! Hotel was immaculate and the staff so very friendly and helpful, especially Maria at reception, Alexandros at breakfast and Anthiya at the pool bar. Breakfast was excellent with a different hot and cold selection every day and the food and drinks at the pool bar were delicious. We received an upgrade to a room with a plunge pool so that was a nice treat. Overall an excellent stay and we'd stay here again if back in Fira.

An excellent stay

There is not enough space to express how outstanding this hotel is from the start of our stay to the check out to fly back home.  
Our room was spotless, comfortable and we could see the sea from our balcony.  We travelled with our best friends on a holiday of a lifetime. John greeted us upon arrival with the biggest smile and lots of helpful information we could use for our 3 days. Unfortunately on our first night at the hotel my husband took ill. I called to the front desk to see where the closest clinic was and John had a Dr. come to see my husband in our room. John’s compassion and concern became a daily inquiry as my husband needed emergency surgery. Our best friends needed to move on to the next destination which was hard for us all but John continued to treat me as family along with Christina who said she would be my new friend as I said goodbye to our friends.  Every day when I returned from the hospital I was greeted by Maria and Jonita at the reception desk with the biggest smiles and genuine concern to ensure I was comfortable and OK.  They made all the arrangements to allow me to extend my stay while my husband was in the hospital for a total of 10 days.  The kindness of these employees and many others will never be forgotten.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope anyone reading this will choose Santorini Palace for your stay. You will definitely not regret the best choice ever!

Outstanding Hotel and Employees

Outstanding. this is a boutique hotel that's in Firostefani, just before the main market of Fira. Painted all white, the hotel has really lovely rooms with great views and amazing food (buffet breakfast and also in-room dining -- Sitsaki in particular). The staff are very warm and helpful and they are always there to help if you have any query. Not too far from the airport, the hotel is ideal if you want to see a great sunset from Firostefani.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

Amazingly helpful and nice staff.

Breakfast buffet was well attended with a wide variety.   

Nice hotel.  Needs more signage.  It was like a maze getting around.

Most importantly, we were dropped off at the bottom of a hill and told to walk there because the coach bus could not access.

Golf carts or something would have been appreciated.

We stayed only for a night. 
Rooms are good and it was a wonderful stay. Breakfast options are limited but the view from restaurant is amazing.
Staff is also approachable and helpful. 

Overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay !
