Modern Luxury and Warm Hospitality in the Heart of St. Julian's

I was a guest at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for 2 weeks and must mention that the staff are very courteous people that offer help as they spot the opportunity. And since I was here on business and needed my 
Wi-Fi connection to my laptop, I encountered a disconnection due to being weak and did not manage to get it back. Mr. Caruana was introduced to me as the IT person to fix any issues I had. In fact this gentleman fixed my issue by carefully explaining to me what the issue was and in a gippy the Wi-Fi was back and this was because he knew what he was doing and clearly he knows his job well. He was very patient and understanding and above all, Mr. Caruana was very kind enough to help me figure out why my laptop was sluggish. I want to thank Mr. Jonathan Caruana who managed to solve my IT problem and could resume my 
business for the day.

Absolutely the best service I’ve experienced in Malta!
Every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Isaac and Marianna — not only for their outstanding service, but also for their fantastic recommendations on things to see and do around the island. Thanks to them, I discovered some true local gems.

I’ll definitely do my best to come back again — and when I do, I already know where I’ll be staying!

Best service in Malta

Spacious room with lots of space to store the contents of our luggage. Beautiful view from the roof top pool area. 
Balcony is large enough to allow 2 people to enjoy a drink sitting down.
The breakfast was wonderful. Hot and cold buffet plus a la carte.

Wonderful hotel inside and outside

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were immaculate. The view from the rooftop pool as lovely. Staff service was attentive. 
Spa area is very nice. I would hove loved a jacuzzi but you can't expect everything. The breakfast selection and service was great. Good location to a range of shops and nightlife. Small beach close  by but will need to travel if you want a big beach.
