Great location, huge room and bathroom,  breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, especially like to mention Romina, Suman, Anith and Rania. We ll definitely come back to this lovely hotel. Darina and John,

A beautiful boutique hotel. Always spotlessly clean. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Excellent central location. Warm, friendly greeting. Nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending this lovely little hotel.

Short Break Away Malta

Double ‘superior’ room does not have an external facing window or working air con. Neither is explicit in the description of the room and it had not occurred to me to ask, as for £130 a night, I assumed a window is a given! No one told me at check in either. 

Reception working hours are not clear — I was told the front door will be unlocked until 22:30 but was frequently locked earlier and even during business hours reception was often unmanned. Even simply asks were not accommodated because of that.

I fed back that the information on air conditioning and lack of natural light needs to be specified before people book but I doubt it will be, as who would pay that much for that service! Many of the rooms seemed to be facing the wall in said ‘internal courtyard’. 

No one asked how my stay was even on check out, presumably because they weren’t interested in the answer. 

This stay really spoiled my time in Valetta  and I wished I was leaving earlier. Reception staff seemed surprised I was checking out at 9:30 when I had until 11, I guess that’s feedback in and of itself, if you care to take notice. 

Lots of places to stay in Valletta - choose better.

Not good value for money

Excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of Valletta. From the minute we got there all the staff were amazing , we didn’t want for anything, would definitely return! Our room was clean with all the usual amenities you would expect . Plenty to choose from at breakfast with the option to eat in our room or the roof terrace.

Cheeky trip to Valletta

Nicely located in the city. Quite neighbourhood. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and we really appreciated the iron. Very comfortable bed.
The breakfast was very nice, with a variety of choices to select from. I will choose it again in the future.
