Ola,

I have been here for the last week, as today is my last day, I wanted to highlight members of the team I experienced to be working so hard and going the extra mile, which can real make the experience 10 times better! 

Vlad and Julia from the catering team were so attentive and helpful at Breakfast time. 

I didn’t get the two cleaners names, but very helpful and caring. 

Ricardo from the catering team was welcoming and supportive at dinner time.

Jorge & Anna We’re super helpful at reception and Jorge was especially amazing, polite and professional and with helping me navigate Portugal.

Thank you to these members of the team sincerely !!

The room needs updating but the services makes up for this in leaps and bounds!!

Amazing service and views!!

The location is superb. There is a shortcut from the pool area to get into the old town with a scenic pathway. The room size is considerably spacious and the staffs were amazing. Giulia from the breakfast / restaurant is always smiling and attentive. She is also very pretty.  A big thank you to Ana and Leonardo for accommodating all of my requests and providing suggestions ...and of course Jorge who gave me so much information about alternative places of interest I could visit in Albufeira due to my benagil cave tour constantly getting rescheduled / canceled. Thank you for profoundly being so helpful.

Short trip to Albufeira

Just got back from another weeks stay, been here multiple times and still friendly staff and good food. Had decent sized room, very happy with everything. Used spa a few times. Hopefully be back later in the year.

Returning break

Sweet little Hotel with helpful and kind Staff. Built in the 1960s in the quieter end of town. Away from the noise but with  an easy short walk into the centre. Well worth paying extra for the sea view. A joyous view by day and night. 
Excellent breakfast !! Endless coffee. A sun trap area around the pool and a spa and sauna facilities. 
Clean, good size towels and attentive staff.
There are areas that could be improved. We had a twin room and my daughter and I are on the small size and so are the beds. A lot of people would not have been comfortable or even fit on those beds. 
I old also would request tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. This is an adults only hotel and it would have been nice to have a hot beverage first thing or last thing at night.
Other than these minor moans this was a really pleasant stay. Would come back happily.

Really Pleasant Stay

Me and a friend stayed here back in September for my birthday. Have meant to write a review from quite some time. The staff were nothing but helpful. Any queries we had  ie, tips on what restaurants to visit, nice quite bars for a relaxing drink and small towns nearby to visit. Out visit coincided with my birthday and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and an amazing card wishing me a happy birthday from the staff
A special shout out to Joao (forgive me if I spelled this incorrectly) He was nothing but helpful. Anytime we had any queries. He was quick to give his expert opinion 
Will 100% stay here again. Can't wait to return
