Lovely hotel but noisy  we have stopped here before but not had any issues but this time , we were given room 1204 it was right over the entrance . We were kept awake by noise from the street with people enjoying themselves ( how dare they I know  lol ) but also coaches picking up thought the night , maybe triple glazing would help .The food was ok ,but breakfast was really good

Beautiful hotel, comfy rooms, food is a good selection. Pool area large, only down is too many people saving sun-beds so early on. 
Great location to the main strip and a very short walk to the beach. Most definitely will be returning to this hotel.

Wonderful stay

I've stayed in this hotel twice & what a cracking hotel 😍, the staff are there when you need help ❤️. Absolutely spotless, the food is fantastic 😍. Perfect location being on the strip & no I hear nothing. 💯 I'll be back next year. Best hotel I've stayed in & I've been to Benidorm plenty of times. Bar staff are also amazing. The singers here 😍👏. I would recommend this hotel 

The best hotel 

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Beautiful rooms, very modern with ambient lighting and colour change lights to go with your mood, very nice touch. If I could steal the shower and take it home I would absolutely beautiful, no bath to climb over very spacious great for bigger people and also with less mobility.

Very spacious room me and my mum stayed in room 2121 more than enough space for two. Very comfortable beds the only tiny thing was bass from the music, but we didn’t complain as your in Benidorm and in all honesty we only noticed it the night before departure as we were sober 😂.

Lovely pool area and friendly outdoor bar staff with lots of drinks to choose from, you can also buy a snack here if you missed restaurant hours. I love that the pool area is private and people not in the hotel can’t peer in.

The cleanliness is another level it was spotless everywhere not just in the rooms but everywhere. Cleaners are very approachable if you don’t want your room cleaning they are happy to change towels and give you toilet rolls if needed.

The restaurant is beautiful very clean and staff are very welcoming. Tables are dressed differently at each meal which is a lovely touch. The food was beautiful lots of fantastic choices  and beautiful desserts. All plates and cutlery are spotless. 

We’ve already booked again for next year and can’t wait to be back.

Great hotel in prime location to the strip.
Rooms small but functional with everything you need, fridge, kettle, safe and good air conditioning. Showers amazing.
Food is excellent with plenty of variety (stayed HB) English bacon at breakfast!!
Explorers bar attached to the hotel has a great atmosphere with decent nightly entertainment.
Pools are small but the beach is a 5 minutes walk away.

Tip - ask for a high floor room as the noise from the strip and bars can be loud at times or take ear plugs.

Honest review

This beautiful hotel is located in Benidorm's tourist centre, only 2 km from the town centre, which is filled with boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There are public transportation links in front of the hotel and there is an excellent golf course just 12 km away. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled, family holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun. However, hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.
