Amazing experience. 
I have booked this hotel especially for the fact that is near the sea and because the reviews were very good and indeed our experience in this hotel was amazing.
I booked for my husband birthday the room with the biggest terrace I have ever seen as I wanted to be special.It is the only room that have this terrace on top of the sea actually so if you want to book it make sure to ask for this,it comes at a higher price compared with the  other rooms but for 2 days is worth all the money trust me.
We didn't want to leave it was so beautiful to have a glass of cava and hear the waves and seagulls ....Just perfect
We even received another bootle of cava from them as extra gift for my husband. 
I have booked dinner în one of the best restaurants from Benidorm as well for us before we arrived în Spain and at the hotel and I was higly surprise to see that the top restaurant I have booked for  was the hotel restaurant actually and the food was OMGGG EAT AND CRY ,everything was delicious, fresh and with an attention to details and customers wich you can't find everywhere.
One small detail is if you come by car as we did because we decided to rent from the airport they can  offer a car park close to the hotel and we payed €15/day (24 hours)
So mention that you need a car park if you do need one and they will guide you.
Definitely we will return and definitely we recomand with all our hearts this Hotel and it's restaurant.

Amazing experience

Lovely Hotel, really felt welcome, room was clean and the room we had was a balcony with sea view and you definitely got that with the sea being below the balcony with the sounds of the sea 24/7 very relaxing.  Will be going back next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very lovely clean and welcoming Hotel

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, its in the old town so excellent location, albeit coach transfers can't get you too close, however, taxis have no problems.
Hotel, really clean and tidy, reception staff superb, likewise other staff did a great job too.
Breakfast in their restaurant is lovely as well, was all served to our table precisely as we wanted.
All in all, was so great, possibly booking same hotel again later this year. 

Great hotel in the old town.

Stayed here in unfortunate circumstances, the hotel I originally booked was to put it politely, not up to any standard at all. The staff after hearing about the situation were very understanding and sympathetic and were very accommodating. The room is modern and very clean in a quieter part of benidorm (old town). The staff are very attentive and friendly. Overall it is very good value for money and I would certainly recommend it.
