These people at this hotel need at lot of customer service training and also there are so rude and  really dont now how to speak to guess who need ask simple basic 
Questions like why do a all inclusive guess 
Can vist there restaurants for second time 
And why do all inclusive guess have pay for bottle water that cost 7 euros this so so not right and also inside restaurants oh my day I saw crawling insect oh my days this hotel really need to under inspection 
Especially from food inspection officer 
And dinner plate are so dirty and drinking glass so dirty dirty dirty these people inside this hotel don't now wash and clean these plate and tea cup and drink in glass 

Grand Bali hotel need to hire international staff member that  understands people from Europe 🇪🇺 especially English speaking g

Paper thin walls. With 3 loud morons next room. Arguing and banging doors etc from 2am till 5ish every night. Staff did zero to sort it. We love Spain but Hotel Bali....never again. Staff attitude was low and below par  as were the lifts - 4 star hotel my foot! I'm working class and wasn't looking for royal treatment. Just wanted a stress free holiday. Many visitors complaining everyday at the desk. Hotel leadership needs sorted. Sad stuff.

I really enjoyed my stay room clean tidy if do your research won’t go far wrong I can’t honestly say anything negative it served my purpose the breakfast was wot u expect from a Spanish hotel I liked it the staff fine we me ad definitely return again cheap drinks at bar etc great 3 nights 👍👍

Cheeky trip

Don't let all the negative reviews put you off, we all enjoyed the food which I thought was as good if not better than any hotel buffet food I have had in Benidorm.  The rooms are slightly dated but functional, the balcony's could do with a good scrub as the concrete is stained and dirty.  The rooms were clean and we had service every day.  We didn't like the annoying glass doors separating the bath& shower from the vanity area, kept bumping into them.  Check-in was really slow and its off putting when you have done a day travelling you shouldn't have to wait so long, surely there's a more efficient way of doing this especially at peak times.  Pool areas were great and no problem getting beds, beach about 8-10 minutes walk downhill so be prepared for a climb back up.  We Paid 15.00 euro for the sky bar experience which was a bit of a rip off, fake grass, plastic chairs and no roof if it was raining, it was really windy as well so we went back inside.  Great views but could have paid 3.00 to see that.  
The hotel is quite a bit away from the old town and further on to the strip.  So if you want the nightlife its a bit far out as you spend a lot on taxis.  Not much else in the area of the hotel other than a few bars and cafes that had very few people in them.  It would be a good hotel for a family holiday although probably better getting a room with no balcony.  Also easy parking outside if you have a hire car also.  All in all it's a pretty decent hotel and good value for money.

We enjoyed the Gran Hotel Bali

I’m a disabled visitor- the room they gave us was a walk in shower… 👍 however had no balcony or the windows didn’t open…. So asked for a balcony room…. This didn’t have a walk in shower…. So back to reception and was told I can be disabled or if I wanted a balcony I’m not disabled… so now I’m faced with the degrading showers of my husband helping me in and out…. (We specifically requested a balcony) it took reception that long to sort it we missed evening meal…. 
Second day we had a 2 and half hour wait at reception to pay for mobility scooter parking which in its self is a hike to get to…. 
Reception staff act like they are here as a punishment…. If your Spanish it appears you can queue jump and get served but if your British you can’t….. 
breakfast serves warm milk for your cornflakes along with warm bowls…, bacon just fat no meat… food like warm…. Again Spanish just jumping queues…. 
Evening meals are better… just!!!!!
Most of the entertainment you never see happen or singers are catered to Spanish…. 
Cleaners security people are lovely and polite….
Yes it’s a way from the bay or new town Benidorm but bus stops next to hotel and there’s a taxi rank outside…. 
Was advertised as having show chefs… it’s a chef putting burgers on a griddle…when we complained to Jet2 rep she said it’s normal in Benidorm 
There’s a few local bars near by that are also nice….. 
so my opinion if your disabled give it a miss and try another hotel!!!!! Definitely could improve on the disability stuff….

Disabled but a big NO………
