Great stay again. This hotel has the best staff. It is in a perfect location close to the old and new town. Not far from the sea, just a short leisurely walk. A great choice of food in the restaurant and even the fussiest guests should be able to find something. Amazing special choice on a Friday ‘Gala night’ and there is usually a pianist playing and a glass of cava at entrance. Lots of repeat guests so it must be doing something right! We love it x

Can’t beat the Sandos

The rooms were perfect, nice clean and spacey! The hotel was generally really nice and quiet, lovely atmosphere. Fun entertainment, amazing food and drinks. Staff were all really friendly! I mostly got served by nico, pablo, Jeremias and Erik at the bars, all a great bunch of lads who always had a smile and nothing was ever a bother! Erik mostly served me and always remembered my favourite drinks and recommended others I should try, service was always quick and made sure I had a lovely holiday! Erik also made my last night there special by bringing me a bottle of cava, as it was also my birthday the next day! So thank you, I will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends!

Amazing

Mostly very good.

Staff all very good and hard working. 
Food was excellent and always something to pick from.
Plenty sun loungers, hotel was full and we went down after 9:30 most days and always plenty. We went out for a walk after lunch and gave up our loungers. But when we got back around 4pm still loungers and chairs available. 

Not so good were 
Wifi was poor, either little signal or signal lost. 
Spanish guests booking tables in entertainment before going for tea and not coming back for hours. Also never picking up their mess in select lounge.  Most others moved their glasses etc before leaving.  But seen a few non-Spanish do the same.  Also not washing hands coming out toilet.

And my biggest complaint was there was no select lounge beer available down stairs in entertainment area. My father-in-law who is 80 didnt like the CruzCampo beer and was expected to walk up/down stairs to get 2 glasses of heineken beer from the select lounge. He could have easily fell coming down these stairs and I think this is ridiculous.
Also we upgraded to select because our wives drink Jack Daniels /  Pink Gin only available on select.  But my father-in-law and myself dont drink spirits so this was a waste of money for us. We asked and none of the good bottles of beer were free on select yet they cost less than say Jack Daniels. I was having to pay 2.25 euro every time for my cider as I didn't like the beer.  This is the same price that non-select guests were paying. So Why.  It should be a reduced cost or included in select as I was drinking around 6 - 8 per day when Id already paid for select. Same as the bottles of Bud or Heineken they should be included or reduced.  Or you should be able to pay for 1 person on select rather than 2.

Spent a nice 11 nights at this hotel in April (Select)

Our second visit in a year to this lovely hotel and equally lovely staff.

We stayed a week and ate out 4 times - despite having all inclusive Club membership (silver band). Sorry to say that the food this time was just not as good.

The breakfast service was usually excellent, but someone needs to show your cooks how to cook an omelette - I had 3 made fresh and every one was raw inside - only one side of it was cooked. The pizzas were mostly burnt, the fish and veal looked unappetizing, the pasta dishes were mush and the "chicken tikka masala" was the previous nights chicken dish with a few onions and some curry powder added - just not good enough Sandos!

The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the Spa we enjoyed too - though many in the hotel were overheard to be saying it was very poor compared to others.

Sandos need to up their game and improve the food if we're to stay again.

Second Visit - food disappointed!

First time at this hotel and it definately wont be the last.Hotel perfect in every way brilliant location, brilliant food, spotless rooms,friendly staff. Everything perfect. Most enjoyable relaxing stay.

Perfect stay

This adults-only hotel is located in the centre of Benidorm, a few minutes' walk from Levante beach. There is a plethora of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops in the vicinity. Public transportation can be found just 120m from the hotel and there is no shortage of activities in lively Benidorm. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun.
