Great hotel and location. Staff friendly and helpful . Lovely outdoor area to have breakfast and another area for drinks . Room spotless , great size of room with an amazing view. 
Cocktails were okay ,  breakfast choice was plentiful and tasty . Evening dinning , overall food was tasty .

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – All Inclusive ist hier ein leeres Versprechen

Bereits beim Check-in wurde uns schnell klar, dass „All Inclusive“ in diesem Hotel nicht wirklich alles beinhaltet. Für viele Leistungen muss man extra zahlen – etwa 35 Euro pro Person und Tag für ein sogenanntes „Premium-Paket“, das erst die tatsächliche Nutzung vieler Speisen und Getränke sowie spezieller Poolbereiche und eines À-la-carte-Restaurants ermöglicht. Für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Woche zu zweit wären das rund 500 Euro zusätzlich gewesen.

Weitere versteckte Kosten:

Safe: 18 Euro pro Woche
Poolhandtücher: 3 Euro pro Wechsel
Strandliegen und Schirme: 15 Euro täglich – obwohl der Strand öffentlich ist und nicht zum Hotel gehört.
Poolbereich:

Der Pool schließt um 18:00 Uhr. Bereits ab 17:00 Uhr beginnt das Personal, lautstark Stühle zusammenzustellen – sehr störend 
Rezeption 
Bei unseren Nachfrage zum abendlichen Unterhaltungsprogramm an der Rezeption kam dann die Antwort: „keine Ahnung“.
Poolbar & Service:

Kaum Service an den Tischen, dadurch ständiges Anstehen.
Jeder Getränkewunsch wird gescannt – das führt zu unnötig langen Wartezeiten.
Wenn man beim Ausschank nicht aufpasst,  bekommt man minderwertige Spirituosen und  abgestandenes Bier
Personal unaufmerksam, oft unfreundlich und mürrisch. Dafür telefoniert das Personal gerne häufig und lange mit dem Handy. Tische bleiben oft lange unaufgeräumt.
Buffet & Gastronomie:

Unfreundliche Bedienung, kaum Aufmerksamkeit.
Grillstation oft unbesetzt – lange Wartezeiten, da frisch gegrillt erst auf Nachfrage.
Vorgekochtes Fleisch und Fisch sind meist kalt – keine funktionierende Warmhaltung.
Teller, Tassen und Besteck häufig schmutzig, kein funktionierender Austausch.
Die Qualität des Essens erinnert eher an einen mittelmäßigen Schnellimbiss als an ein Urlaubshotel.
Positiv:

Großzügige, saubere Zimmer mit traumhaftem Meerblick – der einzige Lichtblick unseres Aufenthalts.
Fazit: Wer Wert auf guten Service, freundliches Personal und ein funktionierendes All-Inclusive-Konzept legt, ist hier definitiv falsch. Für uns kommt ein weiterer Aufenthalt nicht infrage.

My favourite time was with Wajid of the animation team.  He is a huge asset to the hotel.  Kind, interesting , helpful and energetic.  Great games and yoga with him was the best experience. 
Loved my week at the hotel.  I’ll be coming back next year for sure.

From the minute you walk through the front doors the feeling of total relaxation hits you, the staff are always so happy to see you and from that first welcome drink the holiday starts. The bar is fully stocked with a wide choice of drinks, the outdoor pool is cold but very much appreciated in the warm weather! The indoor pool is warmer and lovely to float around in. The Despacio spa centre provides the most fantastic massages! The food is varied every day and there is entertainment in both bars nightly. The animation team has something going on during the day be it aqua aerobics or bowls! A great hotel in a great beachfront location. Remote but perfect, just great.

Fabulous feel good hotel

Beautiful hotel, enjoying my stay as always, this is my 4th visit and booked 5th already. 
Hotel is big, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Food is good. Nice and cosy pull area. Close to the nice sandy beach. 
Rooms are big and cosy, with big balconies and beautiful views. Rooms are clean, comfy beds, selection of pillows.

Situated directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Costa Calma on the island of Fuerteventura, this attractive hotel enjoys marvellous views over the Atlantic Ocean. It features 2 swimming pools, several bars and a restaurant. Various sports facilities and a beauty centre make it a perfect place to relax. The international airport of Fuerteventura is about 65 km away.
