We visited this hotel in March and loved every minute. From the minute we entered the hotel - my case was taken from me and I was handed a glass of Prosecco while checking in . 5* straight away for me . Check in staff were excellent and professional. We were allocated room 6403 which has an amazing side sea view and also looks onto the terrace area . Very close to all facilities . A thumbs up from me . There is water fountain at the end of the corridor which was brilliant as I usually end up buying bottles of water from supermarkets so another great plus . 
The rooms are spacious, clean and have lovely toiletries and lovely soft fluffy towels . The throws on the bed are sooooo nice . The bathroom is spacious and well designed . Only downside was I didn’t have enough room on the dressing table - felt very cramped due to coffee machine and lamps etc. and would have liked an extra suitcase holder but these are very minor personal things . We requested a different type of pillow via the app and this worked like a dream - again a great customer service option . Saved us having to go to the reception and ask . 
The hotel is in an amazing position few minutes stroll down to the beach and same again to the nearest shops and little supermarket. 
The food and drink at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, so much choice and quality . I loved the pasta station where they perfectly made your meal from your handpicked ingredients. Same with the meat and fish section . And breakfast same again with the omelette and eggs at breakfast . I honestly cannot fault the dining experience- could have stayed a month and not experienced the amount of choice there was - absolute perfection . The japenese a la carte was an amazing unique experience and was very enjoyable and entertaining from the chef . The bar staff are incredible and 3 gentleman during our stay had our drinks and snacks to perfection … amazing people and worked so hard . 
Entertainment was very good , the theatre needs advertising more as we felt so sorry for the acts , some nights hardly anyone was there but they were all good shows . The outside terrace is absolutely stunning with its lights and choice of seating … unfortunately we were there during a cold windy spell so didn’t fully benefit at night from this experience (great excuse for a return visit ) . The pool bar has an amazing choice of snacks during the day and again all superb quality . The poolside service was such a treat - loved not having to move and being able to have drinks delivered to me . The poolside towels are so nice too. Loved the cocktail trolley that did its round … nice to try different things and be introduced to new drinks . Brilliant . 
Never struggled with a choice of sunbeds . Absolutely amazing hotel with customer satisfaction being front and centre .  Check out was quick and easy .

Amazing hotel with quality and choice all the time

A room with an ocean view was a room with stone wall view and reception girl was trying to convience us that in her system is an ocean view. Really??? If you are not german guest, you have second category as a client. It is unbeliveble. The  worst hotel on Fuertaventura I’ve ever been.

Never again

Staff are very attentive, rooms are great with fantastic shower.
Mini bar in room is replenished daily, brilliant.  Nice bed turn-down service with lovely chocolates in the evening.

10 minute walk takes you to the local shops for any additional requirements.

Very clean hotel.

Food is absolutely amazing, can’t wait to come back.

Amazing holiday destination

Back for the 4th time and, as always, absolute perfection!  The staff are soo helpful and friendly, special mention to Sevillano and Aliou who always remember us and even our drinks order!  Food is the best all inclusive we have been to.  The hotel is closed now for major refurbishment and we cannot wait to go back in January to see how they’ve improved perfection!

Amazing hotel, this is our second time visiting. We have not been disappointed. We first came in April 2024 and the sea view room we had was fab so have requested it again by emailing the hotel. They replied stating they would try but could not guarantee anything. When we checked in, the receptionist mentioned our request and said they were able to get us into the room next to the one we had last year. This made our stay even better as the location of the room was perfect for what we needed and so quiet too.
All the staff at this hotel work hard and are always smiling and saying ‘hola’

I didn’t use the pools as swam in the ocean
most days. I felt safe as there is a lifeguard at the beach but it’s also possible to swim where the water is not too deep. The water was perfect for swimming in April and so clear too, goggles are a must so you can see the little fish near the rocks.

Food and drink at this hotel were top notch as was the Japanese restaurant. We were lucky to get the last booking before it closed for renovation. At the buffet there was something for everyone and the desserts were so delicious and hard to just have one!!

I used the spa for the circuit which was nice and relaxing but could be better if it was a little warmer, the steam room didn’t give out much steam and there was no relaxing music playing in the actual spa. There was some in the reception area . Also, would be nice to have a water dispenser within the spa and not outside near the toilets. I still enjoyed it and found it relaxing.

We hope to come back to this beautiful hotel once it has been refurbished. I hope the staff you have will be retained as they are truly wonderful!! So refreshing to see the same staff that worked at the hotel last year.

As a side note, this hotel is not really suitable for children 1+ Not much for them to do in the hotel and resort.

Perfectly relaxing holiday

This hotel is situated in a dreamlike location, directly on the 25 km long sandy beach of Playa de Jandía with wonderful ocean views.
