Pool

Overall a decent place to visit, food was far better than some of the reviews indicated, so top marks. The Italian and the Asian places were top notch.

Staff were very friendly and everywhere kept very clean.

On the less positive side, we had a junior garden suite and no so impressed. We have stayed at the sister hotel in Taurito and their equivalent room is far far larger for the money. 

My daughter’s bed was not made on a number of (6/10 times) occasions, just left as if it didn’t exist. 

Very busy place, so sun beds also make you feel packed like sardines. I did like the policy of not leaving towels before 10am though, made getting beds simpler.

Final issue, continuing whistle round the pool - get a life man people can’t even take inflatables in the pools.

Decent, but wouldn’t return

We have stayed on both sides of this hotel. both are lovely and clean pool are well maintained food did get a little repetitive and there seemed to be alot of fish options most nights, breakfast was good we always found something to eat also you can get snacks, drinks and ice cream from the pool areas all day this was a godsend with the children. I also used the gym it's small but really nice clean all you really need towels are taken off sunbeds before 10am if they are just left with knowone on them we never struggled for beds rooms were always cleaned well staff friendly no complaints we will definitely be returning for a third visit.

Lovely hotel 

Have just returned from a week’s holiday staying on the Maspalomas side. This was our first family holiday with our 11 month old and overall we had a very good stay and would return. However there are somethings that need to be noted, starting with the positives.

The baby cot provided was perfect, it had a thick matress and a pillow and blanket. There were plenty of high chairs available in all the restaurants. The hotel was very clean throughout and the daily maid service were always prompt and early.  We found the food choice good and my daughter had more than enough to eat. The swimming pools had plenty of loungers and we always found a place to stay.

The negatives
On arrival the wait to check in was long and there were only two staff to start. The rooms could do with a re fresh as they are dated and the air conditioning also needs replacing. It was really noisy and not particularly cold.  As an all inclusive the only cocktails available were out of the machine if you wanted others you had to pay. 
The Italian and Asian restaurant had to be booked in advance for dinner however it was a self service like the main restaurant. I would have liked for there to be a menu and waiter service. 
Kettle or coffee machine in the bedrooms would be nice as the coffee machines in the restauranta weren’t the best.

We did enjoy our stay and the location was perfect for us. We would return but a few changes would male it even better

Lovely stay, few changes would make it even better

Stayed for a week during half term as a couple but part of a larger family group. Hotel catered for couples and families with family pools including water slides to quieter adult areas.

The poolside sunbed areas were plentiful with a 10am towel booking system. Some areas were paved and some with a man-made sand/gravel effect leading into pool areas. The sand/gravel wasn’t comfortable underfoot and went very hot at peak temperatures.

Several separate pools of varying depth suited most people although lifeguards kept out any inflatables and balls from the main pools which was frustrating. Outdoor signage could be improved to inform of eating and toilet facilities.

The main restaurant was chaotic at peak times but an entry waiting area was provided with very little delay. The food was plentiful and delicious and catered for all pallets, small queues tended to be mainly around the popular dishes. Good variety of starters mains and sweets, with varying menu’s each day to provide variety.

Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, nothing being too much trouble.

Our room, 2050, was clean although minor items needed tending to. The bath was water stained but always clean. Some tiles were loose on the balcony floor but didn’t cause any trouble. Ample wardrobe space but the doors were swollen so didn’t slide very easily. Plenty of sockets and usb points.

Easter Half Term 2025

I spent 1 week at this hotel towards the end of April for the third time, and I can honestly say, my holiday was brilliant. I don't normally return to hotels as there is a big world out there.. but, this hotel just ticks soooo many boxes and is reasonably priced, I have always enjoyed my time at this hotel and look forward to returning in 2026. 

The food is beautiful, a nice variety available for everyone, even for me as veggie, the food was always neatly presented, I frequently saw staff clean down the areas during busy periods to ensure its presentable for guests, whilst ensuring the food is topped up. Despite the restaurant being quite busy (and please don't let that put you off) I rarely had to que for anything, except for made to order dishes like an omelette for example which is expected. The restaurant size is huge with really nice decor inside. The 2 snack bars available are huge and are basically small restaurants located around the pool. There are two additional restaurants you can book in addition, one is Italian the other is a Chinese, definitely book soon after you checkin using the touch screen machine to avoid disappointment. 

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from checkin staff to bar staff.. they are all so welcoming and attentive. The animation team in particular deserve recognition, they make sure the hotel guests are really having a good time especially the kids. Special thanks goes to Lara and Sara for the aqua gym classes in the morning, they made them so enjoyable. Juanka was also a very good entertainer and got all the kids involved. Activities range from foam parties.. Gym classes.. Archery.. Shooting.. and more.. all included in the price of your stay. The animation teams 'bridge dance' is brilliant and such a great idea. 

The decor of this hotel in particular i love, this hotel is so clean and spacious with furniture i want to bring home, it really is beautifully decorated. 

The bar areas near the pool is of huge benefit as you can self-serve and pour your own drinks, I never had to que for a drink once, unlike with previous hotels I have stayed in. Drinks are on tap and include beer, wine, sangria and cocktails are from the machine. Cava is also available in huge ice buckets ready to pour. 

Thank you to everyone who works incredibly hard to make the hotel as great as it is. I am looking forward to returning next year. You certainly deserve 5 star.
