Another great stay at this peaceful hotel - good food, great staff & an enjoyable 12 day break. Thanks to all at this hotel.
The location is superb - just off the promenade - easy access to Maspalomas & Meloneras with choice of shops & restaurants

My third visit to this hotel

Went as a couple in our fifties 
We thought It was very good in general 
Clean modern rooms 
Cleaners came in 5 days out of 7
Location is a little remote 
20 mins walk I would say to maspalomad 
5 to 10 to nearest restaurants in meloneras 
We went self catering but purchased breakfast at 12 euros each morning (as it was  easiest thing to do) good selection but we found good a bit cold in honesty 18 euros plus drinks
Ate at the hotel 3 nights out of 7 again fairly good selection but cold 
I would recommend going self catering or b and b 
All staff were great and staff at pool bar v friendly 
Act on at pool bar every night quality varied though 
Other guests we found all friendly 
Would come again for a restful week 
Wouldn’t do a fortnight though as could get a bit boring 
Loads of loungers 
Great for a relaxing week of wintersun

Good quality aparthotel

Arrived after dark and it's a nightmare. There is nobody to help if you can't find your room. Only one person on reception.
There's lots of steps and your trying to find your room, with your cases, tired and just want to get to your apartment. It's a big complex too. Would be nice if there was someone to assist. A guest showed us the way which was nice but it's not their job.
Anyway once settled in, the complex is nice. There are about 3 pools and a jacuzzi and the water is warm not freezing cold. There is mini golf, a padel court, and a shop and a gym. There is evening entertainment in the touch restaurant by the pool. We saw a good Michael jackson tribute, and Spanish dancing and singing.

The area is very remote which we didn't realise. The shops and restaurants are a long walk. There isn't a nice beach nearby either. However the main pool area is very nice and the complex is clean.
If you want to be near shops  supermarkets and bars etc this is not the place for you unless you have a car or your an avid walker in the heat.
It was a good job the touch restaurant was on-site or we would have struggled.

You need to pay for a safe it's 12 Euros for the week and you leave a deposit too. Most safes are free these days so that was unusual. You also need to collect a remote controller for the TV from reception. It's mainly just the news channel on the TV though.
The apartment was on the small side , there was a luggage rack in the wardrobe for a case but it wasnt big enough to get the case on. There is air conditioning in the apartment and the wifi is good.
We found one man on reception very rude and abrupt. Please chill out, people are on holiday, they don't want that. Just be friendly.
We wouldn't come back because it's too remote for us we like to be near things, otherwise it's so much walking in the heat all the time. 
We couldn't fault the complex though in terms of pools, the warmth of the pool and the cleanliness etc. Plenty of sunloungers too. Never saw any towels put out  either.

Our Holiday

This was our 2nd visit see my previous review in Dec 24. Overall we were pleased, the pools are lovely esp the quiet pool. We like the bar and eve entertainment but it finishes early around 10pm. Its about a 15 min walk to restaurants. There are some local ones along the front turn right which are ex value overlooking the beach. La Proa and sunset view cafe up the steps to name a few plus a great ice cream bar.  We did have some issues our air con was noisy and our shower kept going hot and cold room 4102. I had requested our previous room but it wasnt available. The cleaning staff work hard.  I would return but will probably go for an apt nxt time rather than the room only option which is upstairs.

3.5 star overall this time

Stayed here in April on RO basis, we were lucky enough to get a room over looking the pool with beds on the balcony and pool towels which was great..
Rooms are lovely, clean and modern with plenty of storage, housekeeping is 5 days a week, Wednesdays and Sundays no cleaning.
Staff were very friendly and whole grounds of the hotel are clean and well looked after.
It is about 15-20 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants. We couldn't fault this hotel at all and would defiantly return, if I had to leave a negative review it would only be for the size of the bath towels which are on the small side.
Overall a very relaxing stay, thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you Cay beach..
