I could almost give these Bungalows 5 stars just for the shower! But it actually gets 5 stars for everything! First there’s the cute entranceway – looking especially lovely and festive as it was Christmas. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The gardens and pool area are well-kept and pretty. The bungalow itself was spotlessly clean and spacious, and I loved the style and layout, with the dining and living areas cleverly separated into distinct areas whilst being in one big room and a variety of lighting (uplighting, wall lighting, main light, etc). The kitchen was clean and tidy with a good array of utensils and crockery etc, with a proper fridge/freezer – not just a tiny freezer box. Also provided on arrival was a bottle of water and a very useful small washing-up pack. Just off the kitchen was an outdoor space for drying clothes, equipped with pegs too! The bathroom was large with a nice selection of environmentally friendly toiletries, including items you don’t usually get in other hotels like lip balm, emery boards, cotton wool, dental kit, razor, etc. The terrace was a good-sized area with 3 chairs and 3 sun loungers – presumably they provide for as many people as staying in the bungalow, whereas other places I’ve stayed only provided 2 even though there were 3 of us. And although we were roadside rather than pool or garden, it was not overlooked by passersby or neighbours. The safe was large and easy to use, though you pay a bit extra for this. We were self-catering but had the breakfast once. There was everything you would expect to find at a buffet breakfast and it was all very tasty, and well laid out considering the small space available for this. Sara (I think that was her name) was friendly and chatty, and replenished the breakfast goodies as soon as was needed. Yes, some of the indoor furniture seems dated but nothing that a sanding and repainting wouldn’t fix. I would absolutely recommend if staying in the area. Loved it.

Beautiful heated pool and gardens. Rooms are all ground floor and spacious with good showers and lots of big fluffy towels. Narrow paths to bungalows make it difficult for disabled guests, especially using a rollator on uneven paving. Very difficult to use a scooter or wheelchair. Otherwise a very pleasing week.

My husband and I stayed with our 7 year old daughter for a week in the Easter holidays. The sense of calm and quiet in a complex so central to everything in the resort was lovely. No rushing for sun beds in the morning was a particular joy. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, shower excellent and the grounds were beautifully kept. Short walk to the beach and restaurants (lovely) and to the Yumbo centre (not for us). Great holiday.

The bungalows and gardens are really nice, and the location is perfect. Nice beds, very welcoming receptionists and cute bungalows. We were travelling with kids, and what we didn’t like is the quite rigid regulation of the lifeguards for using the pool, which really tempers the fun. Kids should be able to play and have fun, or it should be an adults only resort. They were truly behaving fine, but lifegaurds kept on being “on their neck” at every move they made. Also the playground was under construction when we were there. We’ve received the same feedback from other visitors, which is a pity for such a nice place. We would book it again.

what can I say about cordial biarritz bungalows, what a fantatic place to stay, there is every thing you need, cleanliness of this place is 100%, staff extra friendly and will go out of their way to help, location brill, beds changed every couple of days. new towels and place cleaned everyday, the bungalows are big and spacious, outside space great. thanks to all at cordial biarritz for making our stay with you so lovely, booked for christmas and cant wait.
