I have just returned home from a wonderful 7 night stay here

Just a quick mention, we got a taxi at the airport to the hotel, the queue was absolutely massive but it did move very quickly. So don’t worry if you see a big queue for taxis! 

Check in was a breeze - we were offered a welcome drink of cava, fresh orange juice or water. Which was very welcome after a day of travelling. We were also offered help bringing our suitcases to our room, we politely declined but might be useful for others. 

The room was lovely, very modern and spacious. We had a lovely terrace which was level with the infinity pool. The terrace had 2 sun loungers on it and a table and chair set. This meant we could lounge on the balcony if preferred. However as we were level with the pools it meant we could walk over the very small wall and were right at the pools, we really liked this set up. Our terrace received the sun most of the day, from around 11am until the sun set. The only small gripe we that the TV was in a funny place and you weren’t able to see it from the bed but again, that was only very minor. We stayed in room 261. 

We went half board so breakfast and dinner were included. We were never disappointed at the selection, everything lovely, fresh and tasty. If you give enough notice you can also switch your dinner for lunch at the al a carte pool bar which I have done on previous stays but not this one. We paid for lunch here on one of the days, it is quite expensive but the food is nice and also convenient as you don’t need to leave the hotel. I do believe you can get food to take away from here also but we didn’t try this. 

There was an aqua aerobics class on every day down in the bottom heated pool at 12:30. I really enjoyed this as it was a bit of fun and the lady (Deni) that took the class was very good. They also had yoga/stretching/pilates on each morning at 10:30 which my boyfriend enjoyed. 

There are a few shops and restaurants nearby if you fancy venturing out. There are hiperdino supermarkets a short distance from the hotel and some bars and restaurants both if you turn left or right when you exit the hotel. There is also a back exit to the hotel which takes you out onto the coastal path, this was a nice walk into Costa teguise itself and took around 5/10 minutes.

We had a late night flight so had asked if we were to pay for late check out but the hotel was busy and we were unable to. They offered a courtesy room for 30 mins  which was appreciated. 

Excellent stay

An amazing hotel- we had the best experience. Excellent location a taxi ride from the airport. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the main road at the front of the hotel. Alternatively walk out of the back entrance beyond the four beautiful pools and seating areas and take the coastal promenade to centre of Costa Teguise (about 15 minutes) for a greater choice.
Our room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful balcony with table, chairs and sun beds. Fridge and tea/coffee facilities.
The  whole staff are all so welcoming and friendly- what a team!
Breakfasts simply amazing- spoilt for choice!
Didn’t use the entertainment but there was plenty of choice. 
Great customer service from Bruno and the team. Can’t wait to go back!

Stunning

This hotel is fantastic, it is not in the middle of the nightlife  for costa teguise but only a 15 minute walk away. If you want somewhere quiet to relax this is the place to do it. There are plenty of sunbeds (including 2 on your balcony) so no need to get up and reserve sunbeds at 7am, you can get a sun bed anytime. The staff are courteous and friendly and the food is amazing. We have been twice now and before we came here we never visited the same place twice, it I'd amazing

If you want peace and relaxation ...

First of all, a big thank you to the staff in every department since they are very professional and extremely friendly. The location of this hotel is perfect for a very relaxing stay. Room was very comfortable and well maintained with the only problem being the TV reception on the odd occasions we wished to catch up with the world! We were half board and enjoyed delicious breakfasts and evening meals. We're already booked in for later in the year!

Just returned today to the Radisson Blu Lanzarote and my 11th visit in 24 months, so you could say I know this hotel inside & out.

“The Staff”. You couldn’t find more helpful staff in any other hotel. Everyone is so friendly and keen to assist you in any way possible. Too many names to single out unfortunately. 

“Cleanliness”. One of then best kept hotels we have ever visited in the world. They clean all day every day…..

“Rooms”. there isn’t a bad room in the hotel, although I have come to like my room on the 6th floor. I can’t speak of swim up rooms as I’ve not visited them sorry.

“Dining” excellent choice of food on offer with variations every night. The breakfasts are simply outstanding.

“Nightlife”. If your looking for a party atmosphere, you need to go elsewhere, as this hotel is for people who want to relax and chill, although there is an act on every night should you wish to be entertained.

“Sun-Loungers”. Nobody puts towels down early morning as there are plentiful loungers spread over 4 pools. This is something I love. 

Since coming here initially, I wanted hard pillows, Robes & Slippers, extra 10 coat hangers etc. Now each time I come, Ester makes sure these things are in my room before arrival. Sublime service to be fair. I now think of this hotel as home from home as I can just dump my case and immediately relax. Staff from Management to cleaners are simply the best I’ve come across. Simply outstanding !!
