Pool

Really spacious, well maintained and clean hotel situated a little out of the way. The biggest plus is the sun-bed situation. Always plenty available. Ignore complaints regarding uncomfortable beds. These are as good as those found in most hotels. The food is varied and generally of good quality. The helpful staff do try to ensure food is hot by replacing items on display. There is plenty of choice for all meals but sometimes tables are hard to find at peak times. The A-La-Carte was very cold and uncomfortable. Just 8 or 9 tables in there but only 3 in use. Each time the waiter went to the kitchen he had to use an automatic sliding door going outside the restaurant which let in a very cold draught from outside. Far too cold for comfort and we could not wait to finish the very average food to find somewhere to get warm. The Buffet is far better and warmer. 
The rooms are disappointing and poorly designed. Only 3 power points and none near a mirror for the ladies. Bathrooms are dark with very poor lighting. No drawers provided just a wardrobe. We paid nearly £400 to upgrade room for 11 nights. Wish we hadn't bothered. It was overlooking the pool but not at all worth the extra. 
On arrival the room had a strange unpleasant smell which we couldnt identify. The following day we returned to the room mid afternoon to find a wall, the patio window and the curtains covered in hundreds and hundreds of ants. Someone came immediately and used an insecticide spray covering the fruit on the dresser as well as the ants. We recognised the smell straight away! Clearly an ongoing problem that should have been sorted before our arrival. It was impossible to remain in that room due to the overpowering smell of insecticide. 
We asked to move and were offered a move to a room 2 floors below which apart from the real inconvenience in repacking and unpacking again was to a lesser room without the view. Having paid almost £400 extra I asked for a refund on this but was told that was not possible but then another room was found on the same floor as the original. Very disappointing!
Hotel caters mainly for 'older' guests and entertainment program is geared to this. Little choice and Lobby bar lacks any atmosphere at all. A different instrumentalist on most nights for a short time in the enormous lobby. As soon as this ends all guests leave. The 'Disco' is a bit of a misnomer and opens on alternate nights but is very quiet. On the whole the entertainment is disppointing for a hotel of this size.
The hotel is very relaxed and quiet and clearly suits the majority of its guests but if you are not ready for a completely relaxing holiday with little going on around then this is not for you.

Lovely Hotel with some drawbacks.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff, nice rooms, lovely gardens / pool however….
The food experience is poor. Tepid food, no atmosphere. Not a great dining experience at breakfast and especially for evening meals. 
Pool bar - food dry cold and terrible.
Our Premium room had no view just a view of a roof even though we’ve stayed before and requested a pool view - we’d have been better booking a side sea view which would have been £300 cheaper at least. 
We felt totally let down this visit. We did complain to the management and was offered a complimentary visit to the A la Carte and a bottle of wine brought to our room with no bottle opener or wine glasses!? 
No one in the a la carte restaurant other than us and was rushed through each course then told half way through our dessert could we pay for our bottle of wine we’d chosen to have with dinner because the staff wanted to finish and cash up??! 
We feel that this hotel is not for us but would have loved to be saying we’ve booked for 2026!

3rd visit

First time to this hotel and I will definitely book again.  Hotel is very clean and well maintained.  Beautiful reception and lobby area with lots of seating.  Fantastic pool area with palm trees and plants. Yes there are a few tiles missing from the bottom of the pool but the pool itself was clean and tidy and the pool vac was put in every morning. Loads of sunbeds which are not sandwiched together like some other hotels.  Nice pool bar and snack area.  Good size room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom.  Great shower.  I booked a standard side sea view room which had a great pool and sea view.  Clean buffet restaurant with loads of tables.  Food selection was good and although not all to my taste I could always find something and did not go hungry.  Staff were all friendly and looked happy in their jobs. If I had to find a niggle with anything then it would be to say that perhaps management could look into getting mattresses for the loungers by the pool as they were little uncomfortable after a while.  Already deciding when to come back again :)

Loved It Will Definitely Book Again

We recently stayed at the Natura Palace for 10 nights.
What wonderful staff!   Friendly, efficient, hard working and it’s the first time ever, that a receptionist shook hands with us when we left.
The hotel was spotless, the beds were comfy and the food was tremendous. Such a massive choice and regularly replenished.
There was pleasant early evening entertainment. 
Extremely peaceful quiet and relaxing. 
One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Fantastic hotel

This is an elegant hotel with friendly staff, good rooms and nicely landscaped grounds, but… 
The buffet let this establishment down as “hot food” was at best tepid unless cooked to order, eg an omelette. Plates were either cold or luke warm which didn’t help. Even at the start of breakfast service, the light and fluffy scrambled egg was tepid. Towards the end of our stay, I located a microwave in the restaurant… that’s a first for me in a 4 star hotel!
The lobby area was not for us. Despite the fact that we are senior citizens, it felt like a luxury care home with rows of armchairs and no atmosphere at all. By contrast, we loved the cabaret style main entertainment area and enjoyed the shows.
Please can the hotel update website and on site screens advertising the Marea terrace bar next door. This is no longer owned by the hotel, no discount offered and no food on offer when we visited. We found Bar Arena opposite the hotel to offer very inexpensive drinks and an extensive menu… as well as hot food. It was a shame that the pool bar had very limited snacks and should serve tapas for a light lunch.

Mixed experience

This elegant hotel is ideally located just 800 m from the beach. The town's centre offers an array of entertainment venues and lies 3 km away. A bus stop also lies 3 km away. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast pool with children's area, a snack bar, a sunny terrace and garden complex. The air-conditioned restaurant offers breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet and lunch may be selected from a set menu. Business guests may make use of the conference room. The elegant rooms are perfectly equipped with a spacious en suite bathroom and a balcony or terrace. The guest may enjoy a gym or the tempting spa. The hotel offers a wide area of leisure activities. The nearest golf course is located about 44 km from the hotel.
