Excellent location not far from main strip. 
Lovely modern apartment with all the facilities you need for self catering. 
Cleaned regularly. 
Quiet and dark for sleeping. 
Pool area well kept with plenty of sunbeds. One pool was supposed to be heated but we were here in March and it wasn't. 
The air conditioning blew hot air, but I believe they only switch it on from April. Luckily we were on the top floor and could safely leave the bedroom window open, so it wasn't an issue. 
Will definitely be booking these apartments again. 
Thanks to all the staff who keep it looking so nice.

Lovely apartment

Stayed here with my partner and Little boy. We were given one of the new modern rooms and it was nice, Clears came around every 2 days and done a great job, swapped towels and where lovely ladies. The staff all round were lovely..The women behind the reception and the people behind the bar where all great. 

There was washing machines beside room 109 which was great and was used by ourselfs alot....It was great the the bar could give out some change for the machines.

Went for a swim every day but the pool was a little cold for a 2 year old (In march anyway).

The hotel as everyone has mentioned is a short walk from spar and not to far away from the main strip.

We rented a car for 2 days and where able to park outside the hotel no problem at all but if the strip was busier you may have to park further away from the front.

Wifi worked very well for me on my phone and tablet...They give you a password when checking in...a login screen will come up on your device and you input the password.

Engish stations on the TV where hit and miss but this didn't worry me...i didn't come on holidays to watch tv!!

I found the hotel lovely and very very quite....When you have a 2 year old who wants to shout and play...he stands out as its very quite round the pool...Perhaps some music around the pool but music might not suite everyone and some like the quietness...If your bringing children....don't expect any major entertainment other than a tv and pool table in the bar and books.

Lovely quite hotel

Second time here last time nov 2024 terrace in the corner very little sun but enjoyed pool and rooms very clean.  Came back in March 2025 paid extra for updated rooms first offered a room in the corner again with terrace not even facing pool but road with little chance of sun asked to be moved got option of basement room facing brick wall or the one we took under a stair with view of bar roof, was not expecting this when upgrading. The apartments and pool are lovely but do not rely on satellite tv they say they have it was intermittent all week and kept saying someone was coming the next day. Last day still cannot get satelite asked again and said getting looked at tomorrow, not acceptable after  a week.  If upgrading do not expect pool view with sunny balcony

This was our first stay here and the complex is very clean. We stayed in one of the refurbished apartments which was very clean and comfortable. Had no issues with the WiFi and the TV has a few English channels. Half way through our stay we had a problem with the safe which would not open however the lovely lady at reception had a look and informed us she’d call the safe engineer and would arrive in half an hr, 15 minutes later he was in our room and resolved the issue very quickly. 
We didn’t have any issues with ‘sun-bed wars’. The apartments are a few minutes away from a Spar and a further 5 minutes to the strip with plenty of bars and restaurants. We did go SC and they do serve food but can’t comment as we ate on the strip. Tried the drinks there and was served by a lovely lady called Arellina (not sure if that’s spelt right), she was friendly and approachable. Would stay again, thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely Place!

We stayed in the old part of the apartments which is soon to be refurbished. The apartments are tired  and i found the beds to be uncomfortable… they was cleaned every day and towels changed and beds made, the apartments where well equipped - it did have a TV but we didn’t watch it. 
Happy hour was great between 4.30 and 5.30 
My main gripe as others have said is that inflatables are only allowed in 1 pool which was in heated and very deep - surely it make sense to have the ‘kids’ pools as the more shallow heated one?

It was fine

The complex is located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, 500 m from the popular beach, in a peaceful setting. The complex features a restaurant-pool bar with satellite TV, some shops and a reception. In the 1-bedroom apartments with sofa bed can sleep up to 4 people and the 2-bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people. Both have a lounge/dining area, fridge, air conditioning and a terrace or balcony. Guests are offered a freshwater swimming pool and a saltwater pool as well as a snack bar. There is a children's swimming area and spacious terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. Sports enthusiasts may play billiards or snooker. A seasonal entertainment programme for adults rounds off the offerings.
