Lovely staff. Very helpful. Suited to kids. Collection from front door into cala dor. Breakfast was excellent and we went out for dinner each night. Entertainment was great for kids. The pool and slides were their favorite. Very kid orientated

A nice holiday in the sun

The hotel is very clean and welcoming, all the staff are excellent and helpful in the given areas, the pools are very good especially the kids spash park, a good selection of food is available and well presented in the food hall. We will come again.

Brilliant all round !!

We stayed here for 1 week half board in July 2024. This was our first family holiday taking our child abroad so we had really high expectations and was really excited. We chose this area as flight wise it was roughly 2 hours, so not too long travel wise from London and it looked like a great hotel for kids, beautiful beaches etc. 

The hotel grounds were lovely, the rooms are fine, the appearance of the hotel in general is really nice, no issues with cleanliness. 

We came right at the beginning of the English school summer holidays & at our time of staying there wasn’t many (if any) other British people. The hotel guests were mostly made up of German people so it was really hard for our child to try to join in with games/ activities. The children’s entertainment team were good but we felt they catered mostly for German children with German songs and dances etc. Our child is generally quite shy, it would have been great if the children entertainers tried to make a little bit more of an effort with her. 

Despite the language barrier between us and the majority of the other guests, everyone was pleasant and friendly. Staff were always pleasant too. 

Food wise we were half board & had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was fine as there was always something you could eat… toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cooked breakfast etc. The muffins and cake section was a hit. Dinner time we struggled a lot, and often ended up eating out or buying snacks at the local shops. The food wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t to our taste. Any meat or fish always seemed so oily. There was always salad options and usually a pasta, chips or something we would find and like but our child didn’t really like anything, and believe it or not they aren’t usually a fussy eater. One great thing was that in the evenings as well as dessert, they also had pick and mix sweets for kids which was a fun touch! 

Worth mentioning if your half board, at breakfast time you get coffees, juices etc included but at dinner time there isn’t any drink options unless from if you pay. Seemed unfair to not provide juice/water. 

The pools were lovely but there was stains around the tiles which wasn’t great to look at, especially since we thought that the hotel had recently gone through renovations. 

The splash park is brilliant! So much fun for children of most ages. 

One thing we found particularly annoying… every time we bought a drink from the main bar, they didn’t fill our glass up. So instead of buying a glass full of coke, it would only be half full. For all inclusive guests this is fine, you can go up as many times as you like, but for paying guests, this was not fair. We always asked them to fill the cup up which they then would. 

Another great feature was the ice cold water dispenser. If you have children bring a water bottle from home and you can fill this up continuously through the day. 

Another inconvenience to us was that whilst at the kids splash park we tried to order some drinks at the bar and at first we was told it is for all inclusive guests only as there is no way of taking payment at the splash park for half board guests, no tills etc. However on our last day there was a different man serving and he said that you could have drinks and just charge them to your room! 

The local beach, platja beach is absolutely stunning. Crystal clear waters, soft sand. You can see the fish swimming around it’s beautiful. 

Over all, we didn’t have a bad holiday, it was good, the hotel is ok, just not at the level we expected or what we felt we paid for. In truth we wouldn’t chose to return but enjoyed it enough whilst we were there.

Over all an ok holiday

The location and nearby markets are really good. There are also alot of free parking available The facilities in the hotel is superb, the pool , Food and the hospitality you name off you get it. I would recommend it to everyone please consider for your next vacay.

Service and hospitality at its peak

We have just arrived home after a few days away with our daughter who is 2. 

We arrived around 10.30am and were greeted by two lovely ladies on Reception were so helpful. Area was lovely, with enough to do if you want more of a quiet stay. The hotel staff throughout were wonderful. 

The bar staff were always happy and cheerful, the restaurant staff the same. 

We were All Inclusive, and the food was delicious. Very inclusive, and something for everybody. 

Overall we have had such a lovely few days and honestly cannot fault a thing. Can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you 🥰

Amazing Hotel 🥰

This attractive beach hotel has a wonderful central location and is just 150 metres from Cala Egos beach. It consists of ten Mediterranean style buildings surrounding a lovely landscaped garden patio with several swimming pools for adults and children. The famous marina with its numerous restaurants, bars and cafés is within walking distance.
