The hotel is about 15min walk to the old town and less than 5 mins away from a street full of restaurants and cafes. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed huge (Presumably 2 queens connected). The room and public areas were spotless and welcoming. Breakfast was a plentiful choice with an option for eggs in some form. The staff, without exception, were helpful and always pleasant. An all-together superb stay in Palma.

Beautiful Hotel

We have stayed here twice now and it is still one of my favourite hotels in the world. It has such a calm, classy feel to it, beautifully clean and elegant with traditional Spanish marble everywhere. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms too are so large and well equiped. If you want a busy, tourist hotel, this is maybe not for you, this rather has the up market feel of a beautiful, boutique hotel, with service second to none. Wonderful cooked breakfast selection, cooked to order, with other cold buffet selection available alongside. The lady in reception is worth mentioning, the same mature, reliable lady as last time. We appreciated that the staff are not the usual, very young and uninformed ones you often meet, big on smiles, but not so much on real helpfulness. You feel you are in safe hands in this hotel, they feel like reponsible adults, it has an old world charm and hospitality all its own. We love it!

Nice Hotel, food staff were all great. 
Perfect location, to bars restaurants and €20 /7 mins from airport 
Evening entertainment wasn’t too good, it was all indoors with plastic cups, shame didn’t use pool area on an evening. 
Would definitely return, really enjoy Can Pastilla.

Great hotel, food was excellent and great location

Great hotel. Pleasant staff from checking, bar staff, breakfast staff and checkout. Room was spotless, big and all the facilities. In a “ strange” area but lots of restaurants etc close by and easy walk into town. Easy to get local bus as well eg to Castell de Belver. Also bus stop to and from airport is 5 min walk. Breakfast was good too.

Great hotel

The stuff were very kind. The hotel is beautilful both the lobby and other places. The location is good beacuse it is close to the hottest point of the city.  The breakfast was delecious. It was an extra that we can choose from a menu too for brakfast.
