Pillows were comfortable
Bed  was good, and I slept well
Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Location of the hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. One street over you have a lovely street where they serve the typical tapas and five minutes walk to the beach shore.
Also, super convenient is the access to the airport with the A1 bus, for just five euros,  every 15 minutes.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel. Friendly,  helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Large bedrooms and bathrooms.  Within walking distance of the main sites. Public transport nearby including buses to the airport. Excellent restaurant called Nap just aross the road.

This is a first class hotel. Its 4* rating does no justice - it should he higher. The location is excellent, handy for all amenities from the old town to the marina and Cathedral. The staff are excellent, the cleanliness is outstanding. The breakfast - well, that's something else - the best ever. I did not, and could not, find anything to complain about. Just brilliant, all round brilliant.

A must stay hotel.

This is our second visit to The Continental and it is just the most perfect hotel for your visit to Palma Centro for a city break.  All the staff are all so happy, friendly and proffesional, you'll feel so welcome as soon as you walk in.  The rooms are beautiful, their classic decor in darker wood is such a wonderful change, our room 311 was gorgeous with a large bathroom and the bed was just so comfortable. The open dining room is so beautiful and the breakfast selection was the best we have ever had and also hot food cooked by the chef in the kitchen was offered too.  We got the A1 bus too from the Airport which is just a very short walk away and the last stop to this lovely local area and a nice walk to the castle too.  We just can't wait to return 😊.  Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful 😃
