My Mother & I stayed in HM Balanguera for a 4 night city break and despite our holiday going a bit wrong we had lovely stay.

Special shout to Sebas & Cesar for going out of their way to help us once my mother fell ill. They were incredibly kind,  friendly & professional. 
Thank you so much for looking after us. 

About the hotel

Pros
● Good location,  close to everything but not in the centre. Bus routes are available if you don't fancy walking.
● Professional & friendly staff
● Great room service ( vegan options too).
● Loved the complementary mini bar 
● Enjoyed the small rooftop pool 
● Late check out was super handy and well worth in

Cons
● Not great if you want a completely walkable hotel.
● Stuffy room even with air con
● No poolside toliets

Pros: Friendly efficient staff, nicely designed hotel and lovely rooms with complimentary beer, water and fizzy drinks. Clean, bright and fresh throughout. We like walking and exploring so the 15 minute walk to the historic centre was no problem for us, and the area felt safe. 

Cons: We had rooms on the second floor at the front of the hotel and had broken sleep both nights due to the noise from the street (vehicles and pedestrians). We live in a capital city, so are used to city sounds! Didn’t see any rooms at the rear of the hotel but wouldn’t stay here again unless could be guaranteed ones higher and at the rear.

Overall a good experience

We stayed for 3 days and found the hotel to be amazing. Great location, lovely hotel with a super breakfast to start the day and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. Made our stay special. We would recommend and return to HM Balanguera 

Lovey short stay

This hotel is great and the staff are exceptional! The rooms are really comfortable, great breakfast in the morning, overall the hotel is stylish and maintained to a very high standard, super clean. Each member of staff was friendly, professional, helpful - really cannot find any faults with the hotel. Our stay was a really really great one, big thanks to each member of the on-site team for everything that they did to support our stay here. 

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff

Reception staff worked hard to try and resolve problem with booking.com. Very helpful in general.and gave good advice.

Excellent staff

Breathe in the Mediterranean atmosphere in every room in HM Balaguera. This hotel in Palma is only a few minutes away from the city\'s main interest points, such as the Cathedral or shopping areas. In HM Balanguera white is the main colour, along with traditional and modern elements in order to create a unique space in which to relax and get carried away by the singular flavour of such a charming hotel.
