Decent standard of accommodation. Food excellent.

My only complaint/observation would be that I would have liked an option to pay a supplement to upgrade my wine choices, the current system for all inclusive is 'all or nothing'. The cycle storage/maintenance facility is worth the moderate fee.

Cycling trip review

PROS:

Super clean, hardworking and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet selection, gorgeous surroundings & an amazing place to relax/chill

CONS:

The outdoor pool isn't heated so we didn't get to use it much as it was so cold, I had to send some of my chicken back as I cut into it and it was raw (!!), the aircon wasn't available in the room so we woke up so many times in the night sweating due to how hot we were

Mostly wonderful, but with some genuine concerns

This hotel is very nice where the hard working staff and food is concerned. 

Unfortunately my expectations of our allocated room didn’t. The attached photographs show you what I was led to expect and the smaller version of what we got.

The advert also said the room had air conditioning. We asked reception if we weren’t using the dial properly and he said all we would get was hot air as it wasn’t turned on.

I showed reception the picture of what I had expected the room to be like and she told me they were having problems with Jet2, take it up with them. Jet2 said they only advertise with pictures that the hotel supply. Who do you believe.

The hotel also has a lovely looking pool which unfortunately was used very little whilst we were there. You could see the shock of how cold it was when people tried to enter.

Exceptionally clean with friendly staff
The food was fresh, varied and tasty. You could also get food by the pool including salads as well as burgers and ice cream. 
The pool was lovely and surrounding area a real sun trap. Plus there was a ‘chill’ bar across the road from the hotel next to the gym and cycle centre. 
Entertainment in the day was varied and fun but lacked oomph in the evening. It may have been due to the season and lack of people as they seemed to disappear to bed ready for early cycling starts
You can get towels to hire 10 euros which is refundable and great by the pool. 
We went all inclusive and it was well worth it. I even got a bottle of fizz delivered to our room for a special birthday treat - lovely touch.

Majorca break with friends

Quite a walk to the nearest beach, but manageable. stunning reception and glass lifts. They seem to have just installed new technology so you get a wrist band which is also your key to the rooms. Would have prefered an app and use your phone, but not a problem. Room was much smaller than we expected, as it was a premium room, balcony was big enough but small.
The food in restauraunt is OK, with lots of choice, but by the 3rd day its gets to be the same. Vegetarians get a better range of choices. One day it was 100% seafood, so if you like bottom feeders and squid etc, then ok, but not if you dont like either fish or shellfish, not good. The deserts are very sweet, sugary / fake cream affair. The ice cream is amazing though
The seperate bar across the road is amazing for snacks, we went all inclusive, but even if we hadnt, the club sandwich in the photo was only 7 Euro

Very Clean, and sparkling

The hotel is located in the heart of the Alcudia bay and only 500 m from a white sandy beach. Within 5 km from the town of Alcudia and its marina and also in 5 km from the golf course "Aucanada".

The hotel offers a restaurant, bar, conference room, wireless, nightclub and boutique. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish baths and massages. For those wishing to do some sport the hotel has 2 tennis courts, squash court, mini golf, mini football field (grass), basketball court, volleyball and gym.
