On arrival the hotel was overrun with teenagers who were on a football tournament, they were very unruly throwing food over balcony to each other and running through the hotel. The room we had was a good size and spotless the downside was that we overlooked the back of restaurant and bus and delivery area..On the plus side we had the sun on the balcony from 7am till 2pm. The hotel is huge after the football youths went it was really good.lots of sun loungers and tables and chairs around the pool.There is an inside pool and an adult only roof top pool

Good Hotel

Just returned from a long weekend, booked direct with hotel after staying here for 9 nights last summer as we really enjoyed the resort and the hotel. Will be booking up for another stay later this year. 

Firstly, the hotel is spotless. Rooms are made every day and the cleaning staff are wiping down and mopping everywhere! 

Rooms are basic but other than sleeping and a shower hardly in there.  The bed once again was really comfortable which we don’t always get abroad.  Must have been a Super Queen size as it was so wide! 

Staff are all really friendly. Seem some recent reviews but that’s twice in a year here and the staff have been nothing but polite and friendly. In addition, the entertainment guys work really hard during the day and evening. Granted, the evening entertainment could be more varied but it is the start of the season and last summer there was far more on every night. 

Hotel itself is only 5 mins walk from the main Santa Ponsa beach and all the shops. We took a taxi from the airport taxi stance and only cost 45 euros - much quicker and comfortable than the coach transfers. 

Plenty of choices for the food and recommend using the poolside restaurants lunchtime. The bars also supply real branded drinks as well, just ask for them and you will get the branded ones. 

Special mention also to the staff who were calm and professional despite the wifi and phone outage that happened with the power emergency in Spain. All in all, a great wee resort, a great hotel and looking forward to next stay.

Second Visit in a year - excellent hotel

First time at hotel superb service just few minor thing but wouldn’t stop me going back. Staff were superb,quality drinks food was amazing at pool restaurant. Rooftop pool & bar superb for lazy days and it’s Adults only which is worth an extra star alone he he, but to be fair the kids that were there behaved superbly.Downside rooms need major upgrade as does main restaurant & food for Breakfast & Dinner

Great hotel just needs Upgrades in certain areas

We had a 5 night All inclusive break at the end of April.  From check in to departure all the staff were fabulous.
Our one and only complaint was we upgraded to a Premium Double Room which is actually 2 single beds ( both with single bedding ) just pushed next to each other .  Not quite the couples break we wanted and even though we mentioned it to reception we never heard back .
Back to the good stuff.  Location is fabulous .  A 5 minute walk to the beach, loads of bars , shops and restaurants.  Room was lovely and clean, we had a bath and a shower and got BBC and ITV UK channels on the TV.  Would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms but not a big deal.  Pools were fabulous.  Pool Towels are provided.  We spent most of our time on the rooftop bar.  We never had to queue for a bed.    Both pool areas really clean.  Bar service is fabulous .  The occasional queue but this was never more than 5 mins and 95% of the time you could get served immediately.  The all inclusive cocktails are made to perfection .  Pina Coladas and Hugo’s rival those I’ve had in the UK!
We mostly ate in the buffet restaurant, staff lovely and cleared plates almost as soon as your finished.  Chefs behind the hot food counters and food choice was again great.  pizzas , chips, pasta and nuggets on all the time , fabulous fresh cooked burgers, lamb, beef and fish dishes as well as plenty of veg / salad choices . The dessert collection was really enjoyed by my husband 
I can’t recommend the A la carte restaurant highly enough ( we got this free as part of our visit)  .  The service and food in there was another level and it was a great way to finish our trip.  
I loved the individually wrapped ice creams and lollys in the freezers by the pool that you just helped yourself to on all inclusive .  A really lovely touch .  We will definitely return 💕

Fabulous Hotel with wonderful Staff

First of all I want to say what a wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Having disabled access in and around the hotel, makes a good place to stay for all abilities, includingcyclists, golfers and other sports enthusiasts. All the staff are superb and really seem to take pride in the work/role and hotel. The entire hotel, including the room was kept very clean. Our room was really good and had a lovely balcony which got the sun on for the majority of the day. There's an indoor pool was quite cool, lovely jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The roof top pool is really nice and is for 18+ years only. There was some great entertainment for all age ranges during the holiday. 
I need to mention some extremely special people who went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect.  There are three fantastic managers there; Victor, Josè and Enrique. They do their jobs wonderfully and translated for me as I'm not very good at speaking Spanish. I really couldn't have got the necessary help without them. I really appreciated the time and support they gave me. The chefs were amazing! Tomas, Raul and Dani prepared and served my food specially due to serious food allergies. Every meal really was amazing and I can't thank them enough for looking after me so well. They are extremely talented chefs. The food that was available to everyone looked and tasted just as amazing too, apparently. Manuel is fantastic and makes people smile. He is friendly and brilliant at cooking flipped fried eggs that have soft yolks amongstotherthings. He taught me some Spanish too 😊. I missed seeing him on the last 2 days. Then there are the lovely Petra and Nieves, who work in the restaurant. Always smiling and ready to help you in any way they can. 
There were many more amazing staff who I can't name but were just as hard working and kind. Sorry if I haven't mentioned you but a huge thank you to you all. Every day I saw both the director and sub-director walking around the hotel, who were also very friendly and professional in their roles. 
Last but not least was our wonderful Jet 2 rep Stephenie. What a brilliant lady you are. Stephenie has a wealth of knowledge about where to go and when to go. I definitely recommend anyone pop and see her as soon as possible to get any trips booked. I was sad that I missed saying goodbye to her.
Make sure you check what days and times you can change your pool towels  as we weren't allowed to change ours as it wasn't the right day. Some of the roof top sun beds had tears on which could do with sorting. 
The Block House restaurant (steak house) is a short walk away from the hotel and does fantastic steaks. Service is great but it's a bit expensive. 
If you go on the Soller island trip please be aware that food isn't included in the cost of the day trip. The trip to Valldemossa is a half-day trip. It's a bit expensive for the trip as it doesn't include the entry fees to go in the museum to see Choppins piano and accommodation/garden.

Brilliant hotel 😀
