Just about to leave, having had a lovely week and planning to return later in the year. The place is so clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. Have never experienced such a speedy drinks service, even when the restaurant is busy and it’s worth mentioning that the house dry white wine is very drinkable! 

The Escencia package is great with a separate daytime area and bar that was never busy even though the hotel was full, a dedicated restaurant for breakfast and an enjoyable spa visit. 

It is a 4* and I think some people rate the food based on a 5* expectation. There is a little room for improvement in this area although it’s easy enough to find something tasty. 

A big plus for us was the Balinese Beds for 2 (free in the Escencia area and 20 euros a day in the main area). Being able to book them on the app made for stress free mornings too. The sunbeds are very comfy although how they are arranged in rows won’t be for everyone. 

The hotel is in an urban area with other hotels on two sides although it didn’t feel intrusive and actually created a big benefit in terms of a sun trap! The sun was strong and the temperature wonderful for the whole week. 

And, finally, it was lovely to hear from one of the staff that it was a great place to work and that his fellow colleagues were wonderful to work with.

A great choice for some winter sun

Princess Inspire is an absolutely amazing hotel .  Spotlessly clean , all the staff are very friendly , The breakfast buffet was superb , .  The hotel is in a fantastic location.  The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean .  This hotel definitely has the WOW factor

Fantastic stay at the Princess Inspire

5 star price 3 star over all. 

Potential to be a 5 star hotel looks incredible. Service is none existent. Evening food we went in first night and not gone back since. Not been asked once if we would like a drink. Rang up and asked for a iron before I went out. They didn’t have an iron. Rang up this morning asked room service for some fresh orange juice and water. The reply was no you need to order a full breakfast to get orange juice. Cleaners came in our room and left bits on  the floor. The gave us one clean towel between 2 people. It’s just hard work to get a drink. A few changes and if service was better it could go up in my ranking. But at the moment not to happy. For the amount of money we paid it’s not value for money.  At breakfast can’t get any other coffee can’t even pay for it. It’s just what comes out of the machine. The ques are stupid and the coffee isn’t nice. No fresh orange juice or apple juice at breakfast all out the machine like water. 

We certainly want be spending our money here again. It’s so miss leading cuz it looks incredible but there’s to many fine details missing. Sorry but I hope this has helped people. Because if we would have seen this we would have booked somewhere else.  Pool, rooms and location is nice

This was our first time at Princess Inspire having stayed next door at the Iberostar Sabila a couple of times (which we love but wanted to save a few hundred pounds!). Our worries about being in “Inspire”, wishing we were next door, disappeared very quickly. This is a fabulous hotel in every way. Spotless throughout, fantastic staff, very impressive design, etc. etc. it really does feel like a 4/5* hotel and without the pretentiousness that some hotels give out. Some reviews are critical about the food and, with my wife being vegetarian we look for what people say about this. We found the food be very good overall It’s our experience that buffet food is rarely steaming hot at any hotel but it was warm enough to prevent it becoming over cooked in the trays and was replaced constantly. Also, the plates were always very hot at all times. For the veggies out there my wife always found a decent option and (unusually) had no complaints (and this certainly extended to the desserts!). From what we saw there are some rooms that are located  in shady, viewless locations so I would go for the higher, pool (and sea) view rooms. We did luckily!

Had a lovely week in the Inspire.Stayed all inclusive.Enjoyed all the food options but especially enjoyed the lunch which you could choose from a menu as well as usual buffet,good off the menu made to order.
Sunlounger booking a great addition don't know why more hotels don't adopt this system,saves bed reserving at silly o clock.
Rooms are comfortable.Entertainment was generally good,missed it being outside but guess it's because it's winter.Staff were lovely on the whole.Would highly recommend this hotel.
Would suggest being able to book courtesy room evening before departure rather than in the morning of departure as there are only 2rooms,luckily we were able to book the time we required not sure what we'd have done if they were fully booked,as we were unable to keep our room on
