We’ve just returned from an incredible stay and honestly, we’re already talking about when we can come back. This hotel absolutely nailed it for a family holiday — everything we needed and more.

First off, the family-friendly vibe is unbeatable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The staff clearly know how to cater to families, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and geared toward making life easy with little ones.

The Royal Family Suite we stayed in was absolutely perfect — spacious, spotless, and with a beautiful view over the pool. It was the ideal base for us to unwind and enjoy some proper quality time together.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every area, from the rooms to the communal spaces, felt fresh and well looked after — something that really does make a difference when travelling with kids.

The location is also a huge plus. We found it so convenient to get around, whether we were heading out for a stroll, to the beach, or just exploring nearby.

And the entertainment for children deserves a special shoutout. Our 3-year-old absolutely adored Lollo and Bernie — they were a huge hit and made every day feel like a little adventure. The entertainment team did a fantastic job of keeping the little ones engaged and smiling.

All in all, it’s a rare find — a hotel that genuinely understands families and gets all the details right. Can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect Family Getaway – Already Planning Our Return!

Took our grandchildren on holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday. Had a great holiday and hotel was just perfect. Big rooms slightly partitioned which helped and very clean. Staff were amazing and the activities for kids were good especially the shows in the evening. We are already looking at going back. Great for families.

Great for Families

A fantastic hotel for a family vacation with children.
The staff is top, the food is excellent, and everything is of a very high standard.
The ocean is nearby with a wide stretch of beach.There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.The animation team is also amazing!

A nice family hotel which is geared up for scandinavian tourists. As an English Family, we asked for some english or even spanish (choo chuoo wa) songs at the mini disco but they said they'd never heard of this (in Spain). 
We have been to Tenerife many times before so were out and about most of the time so this never bothered us too much. It's just a shame  that when the English children did get involved such as in the hide and seek game they couldn't really engage as didn't understand what was going on. 
That said the hotel is in a perfect location and the breakfast (we did b&b) was excellent.  Most of the hotel staff were helpful - minus Julia who threw our towels off the sunbed despite me being 2 meters away supervising my 3 & 5 year old on the park. After realising, he still didn't apologise and shouted in my face that he'd do the same tomorrow. His attitude put a real dampener on the last few days. This behaviour also resulted in my son 'pegging it' through the hotel and a search party launched to try and find him. I did report this to reception and they were very apologetic. 
Room was nice and kept clear. We did find a half eaten sandwich in there on arrival and a few cockroaches during our stay which I was surprised at as we were on floor 3. 
Great location, might go back but not to spend time in the hotel just as a base. 
There is too long a wait from the mini disco to the show so we always ended up going out and not coming back for it. 
Drinks are dear, go to the Mini Market round the pool or Hyperdino round the corner. Not really any incentive to stay in the hotel.

Nice Easter Break

Stayed at Sunwing for a short Easter bed and breakfast stay! We went as a family of four - with a 5 and 7 year old. 
Rooms were a good layout, good sound proofing too which was great - my only negative is that the floors in the rooms could do with a good deep clean (under the bed and edges specifically).
Some real positives - pool towels provided by the hotel (we didn’t know this so we brought our own with us) and the safe was included with the room (most places we’ve been to before want to charge for a room safe).

Hotels in a great location! Lots of breakfast choice which was great! Aside from breakfast we didn’t eat/drink at the hotel. There’s a great mini market onsite with local supermarkets close by too! 

We had Siam park tickets included in our stay so we didn’t always stay at the hotel by the pool. The bus stop for this is just around the corner!

The pools are good - one main, a smaller one and then a shaded toddler pool. 
Some staff on reception are slightly more friendly than others!
All in all the hotel met our expectations and was everything we needed it to be.
We went out for dinner in the evening so we didn’t experience the entertainment!
