We have just returned from a nine night stay in Best Tenerife Hotel.  We were checked in very quickly by a professional, helpful receptionist.   Our room had two double beds and overlooked the pool. There is a free safe in the room and a fridge with complimentary bottles of water and soft drinks.  We had a kettle and cups in the room but no tea/coffee etc.  There is a supermarket just outside the front door of the hotel to buy milk etc from.   The rooms were cleaned daily by friendly cleaners who work hard to keep all the hotel spotless.
There were plenty of choices of food available.  As we like our food hot, there are two microwaves just inside the dining room at left side to heat up food. 
There are two swimming pools but cold at this time of year.   Plenty of sunbeds are available and no problem getting a bed no matter what time you go to pool.
There are various activities during the day such as darts, sholon, water aerobics, bingo etc.  Many thanks go to Rita and Margot who organise these games.
This is an excellent, spotless hotel but there is just one problem and that is people smoking and vaping around the pool and at the outside evening entertainment.  There should be a separate  area for them to go to as we had to move several times owing to people smoking.
Our jet 2 rep was Charlotte and  was available most days  at the hotel. She was  very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is just a short walk from the shops and the beach. |Overall we had a great holiday at this hotel.

Great hotel

The best Tenerife hotel was absolutely amazing there was so many nice people the staff was amazing are room so really clean and the beds was changed everyday the pool was nice the staff in the hotel was really nice the the hotel was very clean and we are going back in 2 week to the same hotel

After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too.
The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. The choice was amazing, they replaced everything quickly and the service from the restaurant staff was second to none.
The room was spacious, clean, beds made every day. Plenty if wardrobe space, lovely powerful shower. Bottles of water every day.
The bar staff were amazing. Really attentive, cocktails were beautiful and the decorations they handmade everyday were lovely.
We met some lovely people and has a wonderful, relaxing holiday and we will be back. Thank you Best Tenerife fir an amazing week x

Beautiful views, close to everything

1 week to go until my wife and I plus our 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son are going to Best Tenerife.  This will be our 4th year in a row to come here and we are so confident that we will have another amazing time we have already booked here again next Easter!  The staff are always fantastic,  the hotel facilities are great, it is immaculate throughout and the food is varied and high quality. 

My son has had a calendar to count down from 335 days out and we all cant wait to get there

We stayed in the Best Tenerife Playa Las Americas March 2025. We had a great stay there the staff were very friendly and very eager to please. We were half board and the food was beautiful always something for everyone. They had a lovely poolside area and we enjoyed the water aerobics… the only thing is the rooms are a bit dated but I’d definitely go back and also a great location

Excellent Food

The BEST TENERIFE is located in an area bursting with shops and restaurants that give it life both day and night. Of particular note are the panoramic views of the swimming pool. It's 380 rooms offer customers a functional and pleasant environment. The hotel entertainment staff offer activities day and night. Facilities include Air Conditioning.
