The staff in the hotel are exceptional each and every person was so helpful and professional, they worked so so hard.
Food and drinks were good there was alot of choice and everything tried was really good quality.
The evening entertainment shows of Elton john and the Rock night were excellent.
We travelled as a family with 2 boys, 12 and 15 we didn't feel that the sofa bed provided was suitable, both boys found it uncomfortable,  I'm sure if 2 smaller children were to use it would be fine. In regards for activities during the day the hotel is definitely suited and caters for smaller children there seemed to be lots going on, for older kids / adults there is not as much as we would have liked and for this reason we wouldn't return.

Exceptional staff

recently returned from an amazing time at this hotel. The staff do a fantastic job. I cannot fault this hotel. I’ll start with the food- morning day and evening just wow- the selection and quality of food is worth every penny, the chefs do a great job day in day out. The drinks are all branded, great selection, and never any queues at any bar! Our kids loved all the activities and entertainment. Hotel is spotless the rooms are immaculately clean and plentiful water etc provided every day. Reception staff friendly and professional. To all working at this hotel- thank you and keep doing what you’re doing! We didn’t want to leave we would absolutely return to this hotel.

Fab family holiday!!

Ended up at this hotel as our travel agent forgot to book our original hotel. Stayed here with my 18 year old daughter. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The reception staff were amazing and eased my anxiety after our nightmare journey (I didn’t get the name of the lady but she instantly made me feel better). Hotel is extremely clean, room’s spacious and mini bar replenished every day. Food was amazing and lots of choice. Only downside is the evening entertainment, lots for children but one small area for adults and an hour of someone singing. All staff from housekeeping, lifeguards, restaurant team, guest relations and reception were always friendly and helpful. You can change your towel everyday for the sun beds, multiple pools to chose from and never an issue getting a sun bed, the sun beds are very comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Great hotel, would stay again

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 10 nights in August 2024. What a hotel! What an experience! Everything from start to finish was 5 star. Staff at all levels were absolutely amazing and extremely professional. The food and restaurants were something else…fresh, delicious and great variety. Cleanliness of the hotel in general and our room was outstanding. Our 4 year old daughter had an amazing time at Daisy’s club, the mini disco and pool entertainment. Daisy’s birthday party celebrations was a wonderful event not only for the children but for adults also. Special mention to the waiter John S and kids entertainment Isaac…absolutely amazing service. Wish I had taken more bames of staff as they truly deserve a mention. The only disappointment about our time at this hotel was that the holiday had to end.

5 star hotel - 5 star rating

Lovely relaxing weekend with friends who were celebrating their 40th anniversary.
Rooms spacious, bright and well appointed.
We always stay Privilege and we want a quieter stay. It's a pity the rooftop infinity pool isn't adults only.
Would also be nice to have a bar open after 10pm in the Privilege section because after 10pm only the lobby bar is open.
Staff generally very helpful and pleasant. 
We enjoyed our 3 night stay and will be back in February.
