I would like to thank you for your stay at your hotel and add a few comments. 

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the best thing in the whole hotel was the ANIMATORS (friendly, funny…)  and the pool. The food was good, nice themed dinners but terribly stereotypical and repetitive. The pool bar was great, however the bar staff were very arrogant, unpleasant and unhelpful. Probably the Manager (white shirt, bald) was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Something was always changing. We wanted to get our drinks in larger glasses because the whiskey glass is illogical: when the bartender fills it with ice, maybe even two ice cubes to keep it cold for a while, almost nothing fits. That's why we asked for bigger glasses at some bartenders was not a problem and they complied, some did not. The manager complied, then not again, then yes again, I guess depending on the mood. We were very disappointed because it spoiled our whole holiday. The one super bartender who was helpful, smiling and funny was only there a couple of times and otherwise made a debacle. 

In the evening, a paper appeared on the bar with a note: only two drinks per person 
It was very funny and illogical in the context of an all inclusive. I understand that you want to prevent people from getting drunk, but this is more likely to make them hate the hotel. Someone was always upset because we couldn't take drinks for our friends. 

We were keen to go back again next year as we loved it, but nice and friendly staff are the basis of everything, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the bar staff. 

I take off one star for the food and one star for the bar staff. 

First experience in Turkey

Our last day today and sad to be leaving such a lovely hotel. The staff work very hard to make your stay great. Great food and drink and cleaners do a great job. Only English here, so you need to be up to bag a bloody sunbed by the pool by 7am or 8am for the beach!! Lovely pool and bar and the shops a 5 minute walk away. Very relaxing holiday - worth paying extra for a sea view room. We will be back - shout out to Surgon, Mehmet, David and Ali x

Hardworking staff make this a lovely hotel.

The experience at this hotel was wonderful.  We were surprised by the variety of food which was very tasty. Staff always smiling and very friendly. We really liked this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Amazing

When choosing the hotel, I was mainly guided by its location - right by the sea and the opinions - most of them were very positive and optimistic and now I can only confirm them ;-)
The rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned on request. Very nice and friendly service in the restaurant and bars. Clean, tidy and everything is cleaned, washed and tidied up on a regular basis.
Meals - full to choose from, to your liking, to your liking ;-)
And Cumali was very helpful and friendly to us while going to the beach ;-)
Thank you for everything and we will come back to you next year ;-)

A compact hotel for people who value being relaxed ;-)

Ali Saudar:
Arrival-2.30am 
We were told out room is not ready and we were told to wait 1 hour. Explained that we had been travelling since 9am the day before and at midnight you're telling us the room is not ready. Ali couldn't speak much English and said there's nothing he can do. 3 passengers sat in the lobby where these was no AC and no customer service- we had to ask for water. Went back to reception and hour later then he said I told you hour and a half, "you didn't hear me maybe." Asked people I travelled with and they said no he told us an hour. He offered us 10 minute massage complimentary which everyone got for free anyway and free WiFi in the in room for the 7 days. (1 euro a day) And free safe for 7 days (2 euros a day).
We asked for room service as breakfast closes at 10 and we went to bed at 5am. He said yes room service will come clean, and I enquired about getting food to the room. He didn't understand what I said. We finally got into our room at 3.52am to discover WiFi and the safe wasn't working. As we got into the room, the beds had thin mattresses and a thin rough blanket. Some stains on the bedding, and the shower was clogged. Every time we went in to shower the water would collect by our feet. 

You also have to pay for a beach towels every time you want to get it changed! 
We were also handed a welcome pack in which is said checkout is before 12am. Out flight back home was at 1.35am so the late checkout time was perfect for us. Unfortunately we then got stopped by the pool at 1.30pm and got told to check out. I went down to speak to the receptionist who again didn't speak much English. He couldn't understand that 12am means midnight, and said we needed to leave the room in half an hour. We had to rush get ready and leave our room then had to sit around from 2-8.30pm in the lobby area which did not have AC in 34 degree heat! 
No customer care, no one seemed to apologise for how we have been treated or any care for how we were doing. 
Some staff spoke English, most staff no English and there were not many vegetarian options. Communicating with staff was very difficult. 
The hotel itself is about 2 hours from the airport and whilst is nice that the beach is so close to the hotel, the journey is definitely not worth it!

Terrible

This hotel is located in the popular holiday region of Alanya-Konakli, directly above the sea and on a private broad sand and pebble beach with private pier. The town centre of Konakli with its shops, bars and more than 100 restaurants is easily reachable. The family-run hotel offers 120 rooms, 24-hours reception, pool, children's pool, indoor and outdoor restaurant, bars, mini-market, fitness centre, spa area and free WIFI in public areas.
