Good experience

We did not stay in hotel , we come for BDbreakfast. It was fantastic! Beautiful  venue with colorful glass work.  You can swim straight from the porch of restaurant! And come back to finish your breakfast because it is lots of food..it was 4 adult and kids and we order mix breakfast for two and have more that enough for all of us! We also had choice to order something else.  We had a such great time here!

Paid extra for a deluxe room with a jacuzzi in the balcony with sea view. The jacuzzi didn’t work, it squirted out dirt and was unusable. Didn’t get a refund despite we paid extra for the jacuzzi. The floor tiles were broken, two lamps were broken, tv was broken, shower didn’t have pressure and after 20.00 no hot water. Breakfast on Sundays was phenomenal, other days ordinary. View was amazing. Too low standard - would not return.

Hotel room in very bad condition, jacuzzi that was paid extra for didn’t work.

Have booked a suite with jacuzzi at Anjeliq hotel for November 20-22 with prepayment via Booking.com. However, had to leave after the first night, because: 1) There was extremely bad smell of dampness in the room. For comparison we have checked another room on the ground - the smell was the same. The reception admitted the smell is in all the hotel, because it is old. We have opened the balcony, but it didn’t help much - the bad smell was still there. 2) There were no blankets. When we asked for two blankets the housekeeping said there is only one available, as all others have been sent for washing. It was rather chilly at night and we have got cold. In the morning, I went to the reception and spoke to Ms. Senay asking that we would like to leave the hotel and get a refund for the second night. She said the monies are not with the hotel, but with Booking.com and therefore we should request the refund from there. I immediately wrote to Customer Service of Booking.com. An automatic reply came that they will get back within 24 hours. I wasn’t sure whether to trust the hotel or not, but finally decided to trust. So we checked out and handed the keys to Ms. Senay. In the afternoon of the same day Booking.com’s Customer Service replied they are in contact with the hotel to find a solution for my request. That raised an alert with me that the hotel could be involved in the process of refunding, although Ms. Senay told me it is purely with Booking.com. Since I was not far away, I drove back to Anjeliq hotel. Ms. Senay wasn’t there so I spoke to another receptionist who was rather rude and said she doesn’t know anything I should come tomorrow, as Ms. Senay works only in the first half of the day. I asked to speak to hotel accountants or managers, but she said they are unreachable in the afternoon too. That already smelled like cheating. So I insisted that she calls Ms. Senay in front of me and asks what is going on. She called, but there was no clear answer received to my questions - just wait. The next two days I chased Booking.com (who continued referring to no reply from hotel) and Anjeliq hotel by WhatsApp, who ignored my messages. Finally on November 24th, Ms. Senay replied that their management declined my refund request, because they couldn’t find any bad smell in the room... To my question why did she tell me that it is in the hands of Booking.com she started twisting her original words. So all in all, my story is a warning and recommendation to any tourists that consider going to Anjeliq - you better not. The rooms have very bad dampness smell which obviously comes from the mold and be aware it is extremely dangerous for your health. On top of that, they are cheaters who will try to rob you instead of providing a customer care.

We have stayed for three nights and had a great time. Beds are comfy, scenery is fascinating from the rooms and as an animal lover, hotel's 'animals are welcomed policy' encouraged me to book this hotel. One thing I am concerned about is that I saw a cat cage in the hotel, there are few cats hanging around, I hope that cage isn't used to harm cats or any other animal or to remove them from their natural habitat. That would be a tragic flaw...  Aside from that everything was so sweet and restaurant stuff especially are very sincere. Food is delicious and served fast. One advice: Please tell your head of the restaurant to smile more :)

This comfortable is in Alanya area. The  comprises 20 rooms . Hotel may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection throughout. Anjeliq House provides 24-hour reception. Unfortunately, there are no where  can ask for a cot for the little ones. Catering to the special needs of visitors, Anjeliq House includes some wheelchair accessible . There is an airport transfer service for guests' convenience. Some services of Anjeliq House may be payable.
